Infographic Recipe for WA Success. Feedback?

Hi everyone,
I've been toying with some infographic ideas for use here on WA, and on my new affiliate site.
I'm using a tool called Goalscape to build a graphic representing the "Recipe for Success" at WA... You can see it below, and I'd love to get some feedback...
the end goal is to create something for the community, so any comments and feedback can be integrated, and when its ready I'll add it as a high-res image for people to link to and share...
