Quick Update
So, you may or may not have noticed I am making a few less posts here and far fewer than usual on all my other sites, platforms and communities.
Just so you know why it may take me a bit longer than usual to respond to comments and or questions etc. I have been very busy moving and that is always a major pain in the posterior... at least to me.
We did successfully complete the sale (closed/done/recorded/final) of CloverLee and the new owners are moving in and setting about their own new chapter of their lives.
I wish them well and hope they are very happy there as we were while we owned it.
Although we have had an office here and been working out of the area for a year we recently acquired a home in the area (for at least the next year/ and we may or may not buy it after that).
So we have been getting all that setup - and put most all else on hold.
I anticipate I will be back to running loads and posting more content in about another two to three weeks or so - but until then... I may be missing in action for a few days at a time.

Congrats on selling your home, LD.
It's so stressful to move, I agree. It makes it difficult to get anything else done!
I've moved over 20 times in my life. I'm in my current home for 12 years. Someone will have to pry my cold dead hands off the gate before I move again!

Congrats on the sale and the move. I agree, that's a total pain in the posterior, but hopefully something you won't have to do again soon.
Congratulations on the move, LD! I envisage it's a bigger and better place and that makes the pain bearable
Anytime I move now, I sit on the sidelines. This is one activity that gives me a severe pain in the bum.
I just leave it to the Vietnamese family.

Great to hear from you LD... trust me when I say I know how much of a pain in the #@!$% moving can be... especially between continents!!
Knowing you.. everything is under control and will work out fine once settled down!
