How to Get More Done Today and Everyday from Now On

Time is your most valuable commodity.

You are going to read and hear that again and again - but do you comprehend what it really means?

There are simple and easy changes you can make today that will dramatically improve your productivity - and at the same time - reduce your stress level considerably.

Here are 7 quick tips just for you;

  1. Write It Down - You need a written plan (use a planner) for each day of your life to better track manage and control your time
  2. Plan the Day Before - In other words, this afternoon before you quit for the day write down tomorrow's plan and have it ready
  3. Be Prepared - Lay out your clothes and whatever else you need the night before so you start your day off efficiently and positively
  4. First Hour - Get up earlier if you need to, but the first hour of each day is YOUR hour (and start with what you must 15 minutes etc. and build up to an hour if you choose to) to review your GOALS and Plans and to THINK
  5. Functional Fitness and Recreation - Think of your body as a "SHIP". It is your vessel to complete this journey of life - and it is the only ship you will ever have... take better care of it beginning today so that you can have a better journey!
  6. Embrace Your Fear and Do It Anyway - The truth is we ALL have fears (unless of course, you are a psychopath ; ) and to deny it is a lie. Instead, acknowledge your fears to yourself but be resolute to do the things you set out to do in spite of your fears anyway. This is the price of success, or at least a major part of it anyway
  7. Make Progress or Make Excuses - Choose One

Fantastic advice JD!

After your post a couple of weeks ago I managed to get up 15 minutes earlier for the first week and then 15 minutes more the second!!

It might take me a while to be able to get up at 5am, but I am moving in the right direction and saving time!
