You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh, and try again. Try the URL in a different browser or mobile device.

I would also input my email manually if you are not doing that already; sometimes, when we copy and paste, it adds a character to the beginning or end. I hope you get it figured out sooner. :)

Apparently there is a glitch someone else experienced the same thing you did. Me too. Try again another day. Apparently it is not working.

it needs to be reported on the offical bug thread to get it sorted...

I have had an alarming increase in the amount of pornographic spam comments on my website.
8 yesterday in a matter of hours, and already 5 today in 3 hours.
Why is there
Thank you, I have added the IP address to my WordPress blacklist, as they all came from the same IP, so hopefully it will resolve it.
Hey Line,
If you are suffering from spam due to your use of the Contact Form 7 plugin for your contact page, here is how I resolved that issue: Get Rid of Spam from Website And, if you still get a LOT of spam messages, you could try a free plugin such as Antispam Bee or Stop Spammers Security.

Hi, thank you but I don't use the contact form plugin. I have added the IP address to my blacklist.
Sometimes, these are spam bots and unfortunately, they are like rodents of the internet. The only way to deal with it is to have a great anti-spam and/or security plugin or tool installed on your site. Also, installing recaptcha helps a looot.
We have installed the WP plugin
WP Armour - Honeypot Anti Spam.
Bots keep getting more intelligent and its hard to keep up with their tactics.

Not entirely sure however it may seem dependent on the economics of the platform. If members have not paid, then commentators don't get paid. It should not be seen as a guarantee vs an opportunity to make some income.
Are paid comments still available?
