Wealthy Affiliate Ambassador - What an Honour!

I had a feeling today was going to be the day. And it was... I just received the email from Kyle and Carson, entitled:

Lauren, you are officially an Ambassador! Phew! I did it!

Wealthy Affiliate Ambassador! What an Honour!

I finally earned the Ambasssador Badge! Yaaay!

I scraped in by the skin of my teeth, mind you, at Rank 25.

See me there... right at the bottom of the list?

Which means this is is not the time to be resting on my laurels.

To secure my position in the Top 25 at Wealthy Affiliate, I need to keep doing everything I've been doing to reach this point.

Want to know what that is? Kyle sums it up nicely in this one sentence:

"Interact, engage, network, help, ask for help, and be active within the community and you will be well on your way".

Very excited to embark on this new journey and I pledge to do my utmost to uphold Wealthy Affiliate's Principle of:

We are in the business of helping, not selling.

Thank you to all of you who have been so supportive and encouraging.

I will take everyone's advice and suggestions on board.

I've also been thinking about this for a while and there's one Principle I follow that I also wanted to pass on to other Ambassadors. It's something I learn't in my Network Marketing days and something that I believe is applicable to everyone in a leadership position in any company or community.

I particularly feel this Principle applies to the term, Ambassador, which to me denotes that I am representing Wealthy Affiliate and therefore must be impeccable in all my Wealthy Affiliate dealings.

Here is the Principle:

Negative Up, Positive Down

Which means should I ever have any complaints, gripes or moans (I haven't had any thus far), if I was disgruntled in any way (can't imagine ever feeling this way here), but if there's an outside chance this should ever occur:

I would always address any issues directly with Kyle and Carson, never with the community.

This means, I would never write a blog post or leave a comment in Live Chat or a comment on someone's post with anything that's bothering me here.

Complaints Go Up, Praise Goes Down

Because all members of Wealthy Affiliate are looking to the Top 25 of Wealthy Affiliate to demonstrate how amazing this platform is in every way.

This is what I believe it means to lead with grace.

So I pledge today and every day to always share the positive, fun, brilliant, incredibly awesome, wonderful aspects of Wealthy Affiliate - which to me is EVERYTHING.
