Hi I would like to include a sign up form on my site maybe to create an email list. Is there any train ing for this?
There is quite a lot. Type in the search bar " list building" and "buildung a list". You need to have an autoresponder and most of the big companies habe plugins to connect your form to your list. Both Convertkit and Aweber offer a free period while you build your lisy to 300 or 500 people

Eric Cantu has videos on this, you can search under training for this specific topic. You can also add the sign up form widget form within your page.

On my website I have a popup which is not something i have put there. It doesn't give you any information or request an email etc. So it cannot be used it is visuals and a gift
F12 (Right-click and Inpect), i.e., Developers tools... Check what the element is. Find it, get rid of it.
What is the URL of your website?
Sorry I don't know how to do this. I am on a mac.

I have a contact form that is being hacked/scammed by inappropriate females asking me inappropriate questions. Does anyone have a suggestion how I can stop this?
Oh, thank you for asking this question. I wasn’t getting THAT many but it’s still annoying. It also brought me one step closer to a question I want to know but WA wouldn’t cover as it’s a bit “grey hat” in my mind.
Fortunately, I’m not getting the porn emails but if anybody needs to know a supplier for pretty much ANY prescription drug without a prescription, I’m your girl! LOL
In addition to what others have recommended, you may also want to try a double optin strategy on your form.

Yeah I know... That's the whole point. If a spammer tries to send mail to it then it won't work because it's not valid, but a human would know to replace the [at] with an @ symbol.
