Super Affiliate Progress
I'm starting over.
Yup, I've decided to start a new site just for the Super Affiliate Program.
I created a brandable domain years ago with OnlineLabGuy.com. The only problem with it was that the domain wasn't relevant to the content. People expected to find a dog site when they arrived at OLG. That is not what they found. So I had an immediate disconnect. I'm still trying to decide if I will repurpose (redirect) some of the content to the new site but right now I'm just going to leave it to marinate.
So far, I'm on track with the content and creation of the site.
I'm not happy with the site yet and don't have much content on it so far.
I have created the About me, Privacy Policy and Review Page as expected.
I have also started to work on the Front page (Using a Static Front Page) and a Getting Started Page (Still quite a bit to do there).
I've been putting together a Logo. I have a good concept but the implementation is lacking a bit. Still refining.
I haven't turned on indexing yet and I haven't created a sitemap or asked Google to do anything with it. I'm thinking that I will tackle that once I have the Getting Started page up and running.
I've done a bit of website work in the past 7 years. It's time for me to focus on me for a bit.
Once I have turned on the indexing and set up GAnalytics and GConsole, I'll consider revealing the URL.

Starting something different can have it's challenges but we have to go with our gut sometimes. I'd be interested on your progress also. I am also letting some ideas marinate in my brain before I pull the trigger on another idea.
Absolutely! We would love to see your progress. I thought of starting a new site myself with the intent of re branding to my name but o have a tendency to leave projects unfinished so I am sticking with my original site and doubling down!

I'm not in the SA group but I do enjoy following along with you guys and I got to watch the branding video yesterday from Kyle. I'm always interested in everyone's progress.
I think a few or more have decided to start a new lately. Keep us posted on your new progress and yes, would love to know the site name when you are ready.

I am not in the SA group either, but have also got to watch Kyle's video and am trying to follow along. It's interesting seeing everyone coming up with their own brands and ideas.
