Completing your profile is a courtesy here at WA, it shows the membership here that you are serious about pursuing the learning here. It shows that you are excited about being an active and engaged member.

Many find that this welcome makes them feel like this is the right place to be. I agree with that and think that welcoming new members is a courtesy that members should provide to those that are new.
