Tips For Succeeding Day In and Day Out: Managing Your Pre-Frontal Cortex
A few weeks ago in San Francisco I went to an interesting lecture on the psychological side of success and how individuals and businesses can use neuroscience to increase productivity and earn more money.
Since then I've noticed marked improvement in my ability to succeed on a daily basis, which with WA has led to a spike in organic impressions and my first $100 day online.
So, I thought I'd share a few tips:
1) Envision your long term goals and see yourself achieving them. This centers your mind and lets it focus on achieving the task at hand.
2) Find consistent success in small actions. This will create an upward dopamine spiral that will make you think more positively and achieve actions consistently.
3) Try to limit "down moments" to 5 minutes. We all get stuck and discouraged at times. The important thing is not to let that attitude take over your whole day. If you're feeling unmotivated, take a break, relax, but in 5 minutes force yourself to do something productive, however small the task may seem.
If you implement these tips day by day, you'll gradually teach your mind to focus on the positive, long term future ahead of you, and you'll be able to accomplish more!

Great tips and advice. We need to imagine in our minds having success with reaching our goals. If we don't have a vision or plan, we can get lost by other distractions.
Thanks for these tips.
Putting a cap on the down moments is something I struggle with, but getting better at it.
My small successes give me a bounce in my steps, if you know what I mean.
So true!! Thanks!
