Your Opinion: Is AI Taking Over Our OLD World?

Indeed, this is what has to be foremost on our minds, as well as, how this will impact our lives? AI is moving as fast as the speed of light so we have to be ready now not later or will all get left behind.
We have to be prepared for what is coming at us so that we can be ahead of the curve. We can not prevent what is already in motion so we have to do whatever it take to survive in this new world that is coming to us.

Great post and interesting to think about AI potential. I know some people are scared of AI and it taking over the world.
I am not using AI much; basically, I started recently. Firstly, it was for writing using AI here on WA. I tried ChatGPT thing recently, and it helped me with some new ideas for my website and so on.
I see AI as a tool we can use for our business or for something else. For me, AI helps with my website, articles, and helped with a logo that took me many years to do (always postponed, unsure how to do it). I think knowing how AI works and learning about it can help us now and in the future.

I am excited to own a robot as we move into the future. I want this more than ever because, as I see it, not only as a personal assistant, but also as someone who can be the ultimate care assistant in old age.
Sadly, you can not train and pay enough for a person to care for you exactly how you need. Most of the time, people come with prejudices and biases in their conversation or caregiving. Not to mention all the rules and regulations that come with support giving.
Nope for me, I will have my ultimate caregiver, my presidge number one Robot.
I still believe in human interactions, however, not on a wild card luck of the draw in a public health system.
In saying this, it saddens me to know the raw facts that humanity has an epidemic of loneliness because of varied differences that people do not want to compromise.
To me, AI is giving people who do not have a voice to be heard, and it is opening communication channels for people who do not get listened to.
Bring on the next 5 years for sure 🙏

We are all going to have a personalized robots sooner than we think, that is the big push now and if it can remove 3-4 hours of tasks per day for my family, it will be well received and a very good investment.

Exactly my sentiment. There is going to be a REALLY BIG shift in the coming year or two, and most of the degrees that people are going to school for now, are not needed. Learning how to learn is the more valuable experience that people are getting out of school now. ;)
