I also noticed something else if someone can help me understand better. I copied and pasted my ID code for the WA affiliate program into the football link just like the video and training said, but when I click on that link and it takes me to the page, it does not have a football on the page like the training video shows. It just has a black background. Maybe it is an older training video and the football link is no longer available or why would it not have the football image when I click on the link like the training video says? Just trying to understand. Thank you.

OK Kyle you hit a nerve in this training video talking about football and providing a link to sign up for WA. It gets me excited to think about earning from something I am using myself and it's potential. My niche is in the NFL Football niche. However, here is my dilemma - and anyone else can chime in too if they know of a solution... I don't get on social media! I am from a different generation (no doubt there has to be other successful people here that have been like me) but I never get on Facebook or Pinterest or LinkedIn or the like. I have an account on all of them I think. but because I don't get on there and have never spent the time on there over the years I have no followers of much to say so. Therefore, other then developing my new website, how would I promote the WA link other than through an article at my site, organic search or Google ads? Will I have to start spending time developing a following on Facebook now? Is all this Affiliate Marketing stuff better suited for someone using all these social media platforms?
Think of your approach to this business the same as you would any other business. Let's say you opened up a barber shop and someone said it would be a great idea for you to do some commercials and maybe radio spots to get the word out. You'd say "I've never done commercials or radio spots before," but that's because you never had a business before 👍🏼
Now that you're building an online business you'll learn about all the ways to drive traffic to your website via content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, PPC marketing, etc. You'll find what works for you and build on that.
You're going to learn about how it all works step by step, so just focus on building the foundation now. All that fun stuff comes later.

You'd want to add value each time versus just dropping links.
You may insert it in your 'About Me' post.
If you share it on social media platforms, I would shorten it with pretty links before sharing, as some platforms don't like affiliate links shared raw as is. (A WordPress plugin)
However, I would write a post, include your affiliate links, and share your post on social media platforms.
Alternatively, you could use plugins such as Grow Social (Hubbub Lite) or Social Rocket.

Very interesting, just a question: with applying the link to my social medias, would I make a presentation with it? Explain something? Or just put the link there for people to find out when they click and open it? Since I'm in the beginning I haven't got any income yet and they might want to know if it works etc..
You can share it with some support content, explaining that it is going to help you build a business online doing something that you love. That seems to appeal to everyone, and encourage people to ask you questions if they have any. Once people reach out, they will convert at a much higher rate.

And also when I click on any of the niche specific links in the written part of this training none have a picture of that particular niche. I am using a MacBook Air Safari browser and it won't work.
However... I decided to open the Chrome browser and for some reason the links work in a different browser is what I found. Hmm!
Any reason why this might be?
