Beer With Kyle: We Are Rethinking Jaaxy, With the Help of YOU!
Hey everyone!
Today, we are getting into something that is going to be a major focus for us in the near term: Jaaxy.
More specifically, the complete rebuild of Jaaxy into a faster, more useful, and more current platform that fits the evolving needs of online entrepreneurs today.
But before we get into it…
This Week’s Beer: Modelo Chelada Limón y Sal
This week’s beer is one I grabbed while on vacation in the U.S., something we cannot get in Canada. It is the Modelo Chelada Limón y Sal, a light beer sitting at 3.5% ABV.
It has a murky look because of the lime and salt mix, and it tastes great. The sour and salty combo makes it a solid summer beer. Sometimes it is nice to have something lighter compared to your typical lager or IPA, and this hits the spot.
NameGenuity & MillionSpark: Quick Update
Before we jump into Jaaxy, I want to give you a quick update on two projects I mentioned last week: NameGenuity and MillionSpark.
Both of these tools are getting full, independent training next week. We are also rolling out:
- Affiliate link integration (using your existing WA affiliate ID)
- Embed functionality so you can place them directly on your own websites
This means more flexibility in how you promote WA using real, functional tools people will want to use. These are part of a much bigger rollout of tools and enhancements we are actively developing, including improvements to site support, hosting, and wrapping up the final 5% of outstanding bugs from the recent UX release. Those fixes (including some long-awaited chat updates) are expected to be in place early next week.
Let’s Talk About Jaaxy
Jaaxy has served the WA community well for years, but the way we do research as entrepreneurs has changed — and will continue to change rapidly with AI and evolving user behavior.
Right now, Jaaxy still lives in the menu and in your Business Hub, but a lot of what used to be central (like QSR) has become outdated or less useful. Search itself is changing.
- AI search (Google’s SGE, Bing, Gemini) is reshaping the way people find info
- Platforms like OpenAI, Claude, and Grok are altering the way we perform research
- Marketing strategies now span way beyond just keyword-based SEO
Because of that, we are rethinking Jaaxy from the ground up. Not just as a keyword tool... but as a full-spectrum research platform for all aspects of your business.
What Do You Want in a Research Platform?
This is where you come in.
Before we build, we want your feedback.
Forget the old tabs and structure. Start fresh.
What do you want to see in a new research platform?
- What tools do you go elsewhere to use?
- What would make research faster, better, or more insightful for you?
- What use cases would you love to see built into the platform?
We have plenty of ideas on our end, but I’m not going to share them here because I want your input to shape the direction without influence.
Drop Your Ideas in the Comments
Let your creativity run. Share your thoughts, use cases, and “wouldn’t it be cool if…” ideas in the comments below. No idea is a bad idea. I will gather everything and feature the top ideas at the top of the thread.
We are building this for you, and your input is going to directly influence what we roll out!

Hello Kyle, I've been wondering what you guys have planned for Jaaxy in the future. I want to share some suggestions that I think would benefit everyone in 2025 and beyond, especially in the new age of AI.
Loving the idea of evolving Jaaxy . It needs to adapt for 2025 and beyond. As someone who’s been using it since the early days, here are a few ideas that could bring it back as a modern-day research powerhouse:
1) Topical Authority + Content Cluster Mapping
Not just keywords — help us build full content strategies with pillar pages, supporting posts, and even YouTube/Reel ideas around a core topic.
2) AI-Powered Keyword Breakdown
Instead of just showing numbers, explain why a keyword is easy/hard to rank for. Detect search intent, SERP trends (e.g. forums vs. high-authority sites), and let AI give content suggestions instantly.
3) Modern Competition Analysis
Ditch QSR and bring in a “Smart SEO Score” that factors in DA, content age, video vs. blog post ratio, Reddit results, and more. Give us actionable data, not just estimates.
4) Affiliate Intent Detection
Tag keywords with “review-ready,” “best of,” or “comparison” markers — huge for affiliate marketers who need buying-intent insights fast.
5) YouTube & TikTok Keyword Integration
Let us find trending video topics too. Blend short-form and long-form strategy right inside Jaaxy.
6) Content Gap Finder
Let me paste in a competitor’s URL and instantly see what they missed, what they rank for that I don’t, and how I can outrank them.
7) Exportable Content Outlines + AI Titles
After choosing a keyword, generate optimized titles, outlines, meta descriptions, and even email subject lines. Then let me send it to WA’s Business Hub with one click.
Jaaxy 2.0 could become the ultimate niche research platform if it leans into AI, intent, clusters, and affiliate use cases. I appreciate you opening the floor for feedback . I’m excited to see what comes next!
I look forward to hearing your thoughts on these suggestions, Kyle and I can't wait to see the future of Jaaxy and where you're taking this research tool.
Cheers
Scott
You're so very welcome, Monica. I'm glad you like these, and hopefully, we will see a few of these ideals brought to life in the new Jaaxy 2.0. Thank you for your comment.
Great outline of really great ideas Scott! At least 5 of them are pure GOLD! Thanks for being so succinct and still thorough.
You're welcome Kyle. I've been excited to see where the future of Jaaxy is headed and hopefully we can see a few of these suggestions in a future release.
This lesson came at the perfect time for me! 🍻 I was a little bummed at first when I couldn’t use the QSR right away in Jaaxy, but I found a workaround to keep moving forward. Now that I’ve upgraded to Premium Plus, I’m extra grateful for updates like this because they help me see how everything is evolving and give me confidence I’m on the right track. Step by step, it’s all starting to click! 🙌
Yeah, not to worry. We have a new version of Jaaxy coming, and it should be released at some point in the month ahead. We have pushed a few projects up (including DsgnPop), but it is still something that we are actively developing and looking forward to get out in teh very near future. ;)
It would be great to have topical authority/content mapping (Scott's suggestion) to make it easier to build out solid niche sites. I struggle to find topics to write about (other than reviews and best of posts) for my niche, so a tool to pinpoint those subjects would be most welcomed.
Also simplifying the keyword metrics to include just traffic volumes and competition difficulty levels would be another great benefit, especially for beginners.
Hi Kyle. I love all the ideas that have been generated as a result of your post here and I'm sure that whatever you create, will be great.
I have to say that I have always been a little confused by all the data that Jaaxy offered, although I did follow my posts for keywords and ranking, but they never seemed to be ranked very high, even though using SEO plugins said that my SEO was always over 85% and I chose what I thought were good keywords.
I suppose, for me, I'd like something that' a bit "idiot-proof!" I don't consider myself to be an 'idiot' but I do feel like it quite a lot when it comes to all the data and other things that people have suggested on this post! Maybe it's just me, but I think I think that things have changed so much regarding SEO and keywords recently, that I think it's great that you are starting again from the ground up. I think we all need to rethink it strategically.
I used to do lots of research using Google for all the articles I write, and now, with the advent of AI, I tend to ask all my questions through various AI systems, so I'm hardly ever using Google at all which I guess negates the ranking for normal people. What we need to know now is how the AI systems are using keywords and/or other systems like schemas, SEO or anything else to get the information.
I'm just not sure that our keywords are really being read and ranked anymore. I guess time will tell as the new way of working and searching becomes more apparent.
Anyway, like I said, I'm sure that you will create a very useful platform which I'll need to learn, but I'm up for that.
Thanks
Gail
As always, really great suggestions here Gail. Thanks for sharing, I am going to be adding these to my list. Of course we have to be careful about taking all of these requests and trying to build something that includes all of them, but you are going to find that there are SEO elements, but it will be geared towards the new world as well as SEO is a waning opportunity with AI engines (and has evolve drastically).
Hello Kyle, I use to like the site rankings and the Key Word Search. Both of which are useless now. I have keywords that are on page one of Bing, but when I check Jaaxy it does not show me page one.
I would like to see these two tools back.
Yessir, agreed. That is why we are updating this! QSR is not accessible any longer, and the importance of that has diminished, but you are going to see lots of cool updates.
