Hey Kristin,
No one can really tell you what to name your Pinterest account, as we can only make suggestions.
You say that you have two websites, which to me sounds though they should be merged into one website and the "medication" and "holistic" used as categories... but that is only my take on this.
As for selecting a name for your Pinterest account, you could select a more general title to do with health... or one of your domain names (if it is short enough) as your profile name.

If it is a You Tube video then click share on the Youtube video you want to embed then embed to get the html coding.
Once you have this head to your wordpress and the post you want to edit with the video.
If using the classic editor, in the visual editor page select where you want to add the video ... I normally insert this XXXXXX
Then change to the text editor and find the XXXXXX delete this and add in your Youtube coding.
