How is anyone making money promoting wealthy affiliate? Where is the best place to post my link to get the most traffic?
hi krissy yes there are a few places as some of the community have already said if you have google plus then you can scroll down to the communities tab in your pand teres absolutly hundered of different affiliate and internet marketing sites e.g internet marketing ,affiliate marketing here is a screen shot of just some of the different sites you could post links (but be carfull not to spam other wise google will suspend your account ......and also if you type in the top search bar on fb e.g make money online ...or online marketing or work from home ...you know the sort of things .. summit like that it gives a list of fb groups which have similar headings look see which ones has the most members .. join group ...post your affiliate adds hope this helps a bit cheers
There's also all of the other social media outlets...Twitter, Linkin, Pinterest...just to name a few off the top of my head. I'm kind of in the same boat...still starting out, but these are definitely things we should all be thinking about...Great question!
I have verbally told family and friends what I am doing here at WA but so far they are not buying it, they want to see me make money first but it is not just about money to me, it is a great learning tool, support and a great community of information from WA members. I want to try and get it out to facebook but right now I not sure if I have enough content, but I want them to see what I am doing so maybe it will seem like something they(family and friends) would love to do also.
The people who bring in the most referrals to WA have the most content on their sites from what I have seen.

Maybe I'm not the best person to answer your question because I'm also still new at this. I'm sue you will still get a lot more advice from other people.
However, if we think logically about the situation, then the answer (to my mind anyway) is reasonably simple : We should actively promote WA as widely as possible, and not just rely on one strategy, understand ?
So, what can we do ? Obviously our own website is one avenue, but what more can we do ? I would suggest that you can promote it to all your current friends and contacts on Facebook, Twitter and any other social media you may have..
You can also offer it to all your email contacts as a second avenue.
What about your family and friends and even casual acquaintances around you ?
There is also nothing wrong in having a few pamphlets printed that you can hand out to shoppers and passers-by at your local supermarket.
It is not as if you ask them to purchase a $1000 product.... Hell, they get it for free.
So in fact you will be passing out a free gift to anybody which will be of benefit to that person. If they like it, you will get the credit for it... If not, so what ? It did not cost them anything.
This is just my own take on this issue. Let's see what other people come up with.

I agree thank you so much for your great answer and good response I'm going to keep sharing on my social networks and I thought if I made some kind of business card with my website on it that would be good also to hand out
you have a few good marketing ideas here solidbase at least 2 that I wouldn't of thought of thanks.
You welcome lol I was thinking too if u go to Microsoft word under new file to create like a blank page then u choose folder for business I think it has sample sales letters and bookmarks gift certificates u can tweak n add wa to n your link n email them with free offer to sign up or just info on a bookmark n leave at the library u know

It's not so you gain a lot of traffic by posting links, it is so you gain a lot of traffic by being found on Google, so the more posts the more traffic
