The Struggle Is Real
We all have things that fill our lives. So much takes our time.
From working 9-5 and family to school and things us or our kids belong to, it can make it tough to find time to work your business.
I know this is my biggest hindrance to building my site.
I make a plan for the week on what I want to accomplish for that week.
I make a point to do something, anything on that list everyday.
If it is a really busy day and I am tired, I choose something like reading something specific to helping to build my business. I may not have the energy to be hands on, but I can learn on those tired days.
I used to feel like I would lose days due to all the stuff going on but now if I do the "learning" part I no longer feel like I am losing a day.
It really helps to keep my outlook on my business positive.
I either have a book I am reading or watch on of the "recorded" sessions of Jay's Webinars.
Sometimes as tired as I am, it motivates me to get up and do something. Write a blog post or another chapter of the book I am writing.
If you tend to go through this also I highly recommend setting a plan with some learning items you can do to push through the tiredness to keep your momentum going.
Why read and learn when you are energetic and have time to write? Manage your time with high energy tasks and low energy tasks.
No sense in doing the low energy task of "learning" when you are energetic and ready to go.
You are ahead of the game if you learned that task you needed to learn and can actually put it to use in your high energy time.
