So I've been working on a revamp of my main site menu and I'm wondering if it will be confusing/ineffective for visitors the way I currently have it. Under the Trail Nourishme
Is my menu confusing? should I change some pages to posts?

If it was my site I would have menu headers with relevant topic placed under each one.
I would also have categories for the other stuff you want to put on your site.
Be specific simply because good site navigation is a must.

Hi Robert,
So how can I put both a category (with multiple posts) and several pages under the same menu header? Should I go ahead and change the pages to posts so that I can categorize them with the other posts relating to the same topic?
You don't put them under the same menu header, that wouldn't makes sense or be good navigation.
You set up your categories (only for POSTS) then you place a category widget in your Sidebar (preferably at the top).
Then you can assign your individual posts to whatever category you want to.
With Pages you can place under a relevant Menu Header.
If you want to change Pages to Posts go ahead if you believe that would be best.
This is ok if you don't have many. You simply copy a Page and click Add New in Posts and paste it in.
Then you go back and delete the original Page.
Publish the Post into whatever Category and you are done.

So I have the WP Socializer Plugin and I have my share buttons all set up at the bottom of each page and post but there is this extra bar that I do not want. It goes all the w
I can't remember exactly what I did that ended up fixing this but it was something to do with the mobile friendly mode. So maybe look into that and see if you can find any settings that enable mobile viewing and turn them off for now to see if that works.
The social bar is the icons to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and others that provide the connection to social networks for the purpose of sharing pages on your website:
