Many folks have trouble maintaining motivation when instant rewards do not arrive. I have found having and following a daily routine can overcome that problem. I feel like I have made a major achievement over the past 3 weeks. and I plan to keep working at it. Numbers, it is not all numbers, do more get more is true, but patience is also important. Immediate gratification does not exist in many things. Work produces long term reward. ROCK ON
