Make Sure You Get Plenty Of Sleep
It is really important to get adequate sleep every night to perform at your highest level while writing and marketing your website.
So stop burning the midnight candle and get to bed and grab those 7-8 hours of restorative sleep. Not sleeping enough can cause many health problems and shorten your life span by up to 15 years they say!

Yes, that's how the saying goes. My day went well thanks for asking. I also hate to wake up late, but sometimes it happens.
I find now that I am getting older, lol..30ish hahaha, I need less sleep.
I try to nap for 1 hour a day which equals 3 hours at night. But I always wake up at 3-4am in the morning whatever time I go to bed. Cool though, I get a lot done before kids etc get up.
Early to bed early to rise makes a person healthy wealthy and bloody grumpy..lol.

P.S. My leg is finally starting to get better. Had a compound stress fracture of the knee. 90% better, another week and should be ok.
Getting a lot done here though.

Wise words, It's been studied that at least 7 hours a night make for better cognitive thinking and well-being. If you can get closer to 8 hours so much the better. I am consistently trying to get to bed for 11pm. My alarm goes off at 6:45 so if I hit it right I'm in the sweet spot. I have to say that along with eating less trash carbs and I have fewer mid-afternoon slumps than I used to. So I have 10 mins to do the bedtime routine so nite nite folks.
I have started do the intermittent fasting for 16 hours. I feel pretty awesome skipping breakfast.
More energy and alertness.
Yes I have tried it at the weekends. Felt ok could possibly go for longer and give my system a break.
