I'm looking for a good plug in for making a landing page.
What is a good plug in for creating landing pages?

Hi Kerry.
You don't really need a plugin to make a landing page. You can do it through your Wordpress dashboard.
Create a new page and design it the way you would like it as your landing page and publish. Then...
Go to "Settings", "Reading" and under "front page displays" select "a static page". Your front page is basically your landing page or home page. You can then choose the page you just created above for your "front page".
You can select any other page you want as a "post page" or just leave it blank. However, if you leave it blank your latest posts will not be shown on any page at all. Rather create another page which you can add to your menu and call it "latest posts" or something like that.
Hope this helps.
Gary

I'm linking to this question on my website for the detailed explanation of what a niche is why it's better to be more specific when choosing one.
Because this is part of the basic training (course 1) of the training here at WA, it would make more sense to use your affiliate link to that page here to drive subscriptions to WA. Doing it this way devalues the community because that information is already readily available in Course 1, Lesson 7.
It was actually a task from Affiliate Bootcamp to ask a question and link to it, organically, from our site. I actually went back to the page and edited it so that it links to Kyle's post explaining what a Niche is instead of to the question. Especially since the only answer I got was some smart ass telling me why the question was wrong. And yes, I DID use my affiliate link to link to it- both times. But thanks for trying to help.

What is a niche and how do you pick a good one?

Yes, I have enabled comments on all pages but still can't seem to get a window for them to show up anywhere.
Thank you. It was my theme. I couldn't find where to turn the comments on so I just changed themes entirely. Now it's all good. I had the iRibbon theme and I think it was just way to complicated.
Might be the theme. On your dashboard, click on customize, then find where it says "enable comments". if the box is blank, this is why the comments aren't showing, click a check mark there to make it happen.
Why is there nowhere to post comments on my pages?
