Looking for some feedback!
So I think I have my website where I want it! I am really liking what I am writing about and such, but I am finding that I am not getting hardly any traffic on days that I am not promoting like crazy on Facebook! I think that it is great that people actually read my stuff after I post on Facebook, but I don't want to have to do that every time I write anything!
If there is any feedback on my website in general or ways to get traffic in some unique ways that would be great! I have promoted on Google +, Pinterest, and tried Twitter, but lets face it I have no friends there yet so that doesn't really seem to help! Haha! Any other ideas on continuing on moving forward from here would be great!
I have been writing probably 2-3 times per week, and I feel like this is enough, but I am not too sure!

Hi Katie. I just looked at your latest post about renting and left a comment. Overall the site is looking really good. A small thing; if it were me I'd bring the size of the For Rent sign down a bit. It takes up almost my entire laptop screen. Otherwise it's looking good. You don't mention - have you tried FB?
Looks better every time I visit :) I never did any promoting for my site and I didn't start getting daily traffic until I had around 25 pages. Just keep at it and people will find you. Your doing great!
Your site looks great. You're doing a great job with the content and advertising. Keep adding content.
Keep doing what you are doing. Like mackiejw said, work on keywords. I post all work on FB, Google+ and Pinterest. Each with business pages that keeps my personal profile clean. .....my thoughts.

Hi have looked at your website and I do like it have,liked it via twitter I do not lots and lots of followers but do have a few hundred, wish you well, I have not been with WA very long so still finding my way around
Your site is beautiful looking and I like your writing style and choice of images. How to get traffic? Find great keywords, keep writing. I would day at least 2 posts per week.

Personally I'm trying for a post every other day, to get thee volume up and I add soemthing new or learn something new for each post. I'm adding value for both myself and my readers(or soon to be readers). I want the volume inplace a I get better at this proces.
Yes, I would support what John has said here. Use Jaaxy to help you with great keywords as well as UberSuggest http://ubersuggest.org/
I'm such a newbie myself - but if you do get traffic after promoting and promoting on Facebook - keep doing it : ) I'm new to Twitter myself - have 1 follower so far (my sister), but maybe if you post your link on some famous persons Tweet account - maybe eventually someone will pay attention.

Thank you for all of the support and encouragement! Magboy, I promote on Facebook all the time, I would say that's my main way of getting traffic! As for the for rent picture, I set it as the featured image for the post...can you change the size of those images or should I just post it like a normal image in the text?
Check to see what the default size is and see if you can change it. Some programs require a default size, so one is limited there. If it's big enough and you don't mind cropping it, that's also an option.
