I thought I found a niche that would be interesting to a large group of the population but in reality, it is not so. I also found that I sort of lost interest in the topic myse
If it has no traffic or isn't making money you could offer it for sale through some registrars, other sites, or even eBay!
If it's making money it's easier to sell of course, but if it's a good domain name you can sell it by itself.
If your website is getting traffic and generating revenue, you could potentially sell it. If it isn't, then you might invest more time trying to sell it than it will pay off.
It is OK to move on and choose a different niche, you are never bound to any one niche and if there is something that you think you would be more passionate about, I would recommend that you move on.
What shall I do with website that I lost interest building?

My advice Katy is to 1. make Google tools your friend and check the analytics for traffic results.
2. Have enough interest to build in a few more keyword rich articles.
3. Take enough time to invest in these selling enhancements as Kyle suggests.
4. Then inventory your passions for niche building!
