Normally, that redirection happens if the domain has expired. If you are the owner, visit your account with GoDaddy and see of it is active.
If you are hosting it here in WA, check your DNS to make sure it is pointing to the right WA DNS. There is tut on that.

You need to point the domain to your website here at WA. It sounds like you already bought the domain at Godaddy, so here's a guide for you: How to Point a GoDaddy Registered Domain to WA.
Yes it keep s sending me to a checkout cart when I follow zhe first two steps I get sent in a different direction
Ahhh right - it's possible that you've forgotten to renew the domain. Buying a domain once does not mean you get to keep the domain forever, you have to renew it every so often (normally yearly). Maybe you forgot to renew it and now you no longer own it? That would make sense.
So how do I get that domain back.Sorry Im computer illiterate.What am I to do.I really want to move on
If you didn't renew it & you no longer own it then you'll need to purchase it - or alternatively pick a different domain & purchase through the WA platform (which may be cheaper & easier)
