My budding Youtuber
A couple of years ago I wroteο»Ώ about my granddaughter and her desire to become a Youtuber. That was in June of 2020.
Well, since then she has started her blog and I have been helping her. We make many posts together. Today while we were discussing the future of her channel we made some decisions about how we were going to move forward.
We decided what kinds of videos we would be making based on the kinds of videos she enjoys watching on Youtube. That includes some things that I don't like, but we will do them anyway because she likes that. Things like playing some of the weird games on Roblox. She enjoys that and watching other Youtubers play those games and comment while playing them, so, guess what? We're playing Roblox and making videos while we play the games.
I had her make up a list of 10 topics we will do videos on for the coming two weeks. She is excited to try them. I am, too. I will be linking her videos to my grandparents raising grandchildren website to promote them a bit more.
I would like her to succeed because she sure does have the drive to do this. Now it will be on me to help motivate her when she doesn't "feel" like making a video! Now it will be on me when I don't feel like doing it either!
Well, I am off to work some more on one of my websites as I will be hosting another Zoom class tomorrow night and I want to make sure it is clear for everyone how to get to the class!

You are welcome. Video seems to be the best way to reach the younger generation so I am hoping that she sticks with this. Well, she has for almost two years now, so I think she will keep it up. As long as old granny here keeps working with her! LOL

Thanks, Stephen. We enjoy doing the videos. And it really is a great way to bond with her. We've been raising her for the past 8 and a half years. She is a true joy most of the time and I really looking forward to our business venture together. She is 9 so we shall see how long her interest in making videos lasts!
