Soooo much I have learned so far!
Still going through the training courses but I am excited that the niche I chose was something for my daughter too....she is a cosplayer and extremely shy and I wanted to show her how many other pepole are like her and she is totally involved in helping me build my website. It is not only bringing our relationship closer but I am learning what she is reading and watching and who these anime characters are. I am still a bit overwhelmed building the site and at times I am just stuck....but I am really, really listening to the training so I can fully understand how to make my site simple and a good way to find cosplay costumes, wigs, manga books...because that has been a struggle for my daughter to find on the internet. So, if you havent guessed yet my website is all about cosplay and a few other things that tie into it as well.
I thought when I joined WA only in March, that I would be able to out in alot more hours into the training but I am finding it difficult to sit down and just work. However, I did just watch Kyle's video about doing ONE task at a time and try to not be distracted. I am working on that, and yes, making a goal list, taking the phone and not getting up to do laundry, etc is what I need to do. However, having 3 teenagers and a husband is a very demanding household and I am trying to balance it all! I am super positive and I absolutely cannot fail so here I am, pushing (maybe not everyday :/ ) but still pushing for success.

Yes, Kimberly, doing one task at a time will get you there. Just make sure that you implement what you learn from each lesson. Other distractions will occur of course, so it's very important to prioritize.
Slow and steady wins the race. I try to do a little bit each day just to keep the momentum up. Small actions add up over time.

Really great progress, Kimberly. Time management is always a problem when you hove family and other responsibilities. Kyle's advice is good and you should try to map out time for doing your online business. Best wishes, Jenni.
