I have re subscribe but I think I have lost my website that was created about a year ago. How do I get that back? Are there any trainings for re subscribers?
Thank you<
It's (just barely) possible that WA may have a backup copy. you will need to contact Site Support to find out.

Have you saved a backup copy? You can try Carson as well.

I'm not sure about saving the backup copy, but sent msg to support and see what happens, otherwise I will contact Carson then. Cheers
It doesn't matter what type of website; I hope they can sort it out for you.
The same thing applies :)

They were fine originally at the header then I decided to play around with them and now messed up the site. All I want to do now is to move some of them from the widget sidebar
You can try site support and ask for a previous version of your site.

However, you may go to Appearance > Widgets, click the three dots to remove a widget, and then go to Appearance > Customize, check your header options, and make the changes.

I have upgraded to premium and would like to build my website using the free credits.
The siterubix is not completed so that's why I'm thinking of deleting it if okay and ju
We actually have a "Move" feature that you will see right within the SiteManager. You can use that to move your website to a domain that you own.
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites
You can move any domain to any domain hosted here at WA. For example, if you wanted to move your Siterubix website to a domain that you have purchased, then it is a very simple process.
The "Move" feature also handles for all proper redirects and SEO, it will transfer your site in its entirety and it is as simple as a few clicks. See attached screenshot for what I am referring to here.
If you want to delete your website (siterubix) one you can do that as well, up to you.
You can delete a website from within your Site Manager.
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites
If you go to the Details (button), click that it will take you to your details page for that given site. If you scroll down to the bottom of that page, you will see a Delete This Website button. Click that.
Do know that if you delete a website, you will not be able to recover it at a later times as it is completely deleted from our hosting platform.
At checkout, third option credits and >>>> if eligible <<<<<
One dot com domain equals 30 credits.

However, starting with a siterubix subdomain may be better until you are happy with your niche and name, as you cannot edit the URL of a premium domain name once purchased. And if you happen to have made a mistake.
Or else
You can use the move feature within your site manager to move your siterubix subdomain to your dot com when you are ready. It is a simple process.
You would need to wait up to 30 days (Kyle's recommendation) for 301 redirects to be completed and for the search engines. After of which, you MAY delete the subdomain; however you could keep it for longer if hosting space is not an issue or for testing purposes such as themes, plugins, scripts, coding, etc
You can check Kyles's training tutorial below. Move On Over, My Brand Has Arrived
To delete a siterubix subdomain | or dot com if applicable, click details on the subdomain in question in site manager, onward next page, scroll all the way to the bottom and click delete.
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites
Then you may go to Site Builder.
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/build
Choose a free domain, enter credentials and follow the procedure.
