I follow more Members, but less follow me back

If you have a look at my profile, you will realize that I follow about 11 000 members here on WA while those who follow me a less than a 2000, Why? When someone follows you, you need to follow him back so that you can make a strong and complete network.

Here are some words of encouragement which I'm sure you are all already familiar with which may enable some of you to be serious in what you are doing:

• The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be.

• Start where you are.Use what you have. Do what you can

• How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world.

• When one door closes, another door opens, but we tend to look so long and so regrettably upon the closed door, such that we are unable to see the opened ones.

• Life is succession of lessons which must be lived to be understood.

• When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you couldn't hang on a minute longer, NEVER give up for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn.

• Success is achieved by doing things that you think you can not do.

• If you don't pay appropriate attention to what has your attention, it will take more of your attention

• Find hope in the darkest of days, and focus in the brightest. And do not judge the Universe

• Character can not be developed in ease and quite. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the SOUL be strengthened, ambition inspired and success achieved.

• It is by going down into the abyss that we recover the treasures of life, where you stumble, there lies your treasure.

• In essence, if we want to direct our lives, we must take control of our consistent actions. Its not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently.

• Our greatest weakness lies in giving up, the most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.

• You are never too old to set another goal or to dream another dream

• Even if you fall on your face, you are still moving forward

• Be miserable or motivate yourself. Whatever has to be done, it is always your choice.

• Learn from the past, set vivid detailed goals for the future.

• Do you want to know who you are? Don't ask. Act! Action will define you.

• The key is to keep company with people who can uplift you, whose presence calls forth your best. Think of WA my dear.

• Act as if what you do makes a difference. It does

• I would rather attempt to do something great and fail, than to attempt to do nothing and succeed.

I think for those of you who have not been following me back due to reasons like wanting to quit or even backslide, I do hope that these wise says will enable to bring back to your first decision of being here today.

I do love all of you guys here at WA and please, if you have any question to make on this post or even on the photo of this post, please do feel free to leave it here underneath and I will honestly come back to you in less than 12 hours time.
