Step Back…To Go Forward!

I found myself having to step away from WA for a short while but am making my return.Long/short…I was forced to allow my Premium account (on the monthly plan) to lapse; however, that allowed me to finally go yearly while taking advantage of the tremendous Black Friday special.
Some may recall that I wrote a blog touting the benefits of going yearly and may have gotten the impression that I had already done so. The blog was titled, “Is it Really About the Money? No Longer an Obstacle!” In the blog, I discuss several creative ways to raise enough money fairly quickly to pay for the yearly membership; thus, allowing one to concentrate on building the business without worrying about the monthly payment.

At one point, in answer to a comment, I made the following statement:
“Took my own advice
and managed to raise enough to "go yearly." In addition, I just
upgraded to the Jaaxy Pro account (took advantage of Kyle's and Carson's latest
offer); then realized that my "go yearly" savings is enough to
completely pay for Jaaxy. So, in a sense, by going yearly, I am essentially
getting Jaaxy Pro for free!”
What I had actually done was to save up enough to pay the yearly fee but then screwed up the works by putting the entire amount on a gift card. I wrote and published the blog one day before I was to make good on the transaction. However, the gift card would not process for the WA payment because there was no official “Name” and “Address” associated with the card. Unable to return the card, I contacted the issuer, VISA, and found out that I could ask for a refund. Problem solved—right? Not so fast! The refund would take about eight (8) weeks or so. I could not afford to wait that long, and I could not afford to be charged for two more (monthly) payments in addition to the yearly fee. Thanks to Kyle, I was given the heads-up on the upcoming Black Friday special and decided to take advantage of it; however, that meant waiting.
Sometimes, we can make progress by taking a step backwards. I know I have. By doing it this way, I don’t have to be concerned about payments (except for Jaaxy) for one entire year. Yes, I took a step back, but doing so will allow me to go forward.
