Important News About 2020
Hi All
Hope you have had a wonderful holiday season and a celebratory New Year.
Now, it is time to get back on the horse, so to speak, and get your businesses rocking!
(Although we are not properly back at our desks until Monday 6th!)
I saw a very interesting post on Facebook the other day about using the 2020 date on forms.
Basically it is vitally important that when filling in forms with dates, ALWAYS put 2020 not just 20 (e.g 02/01/20).
This is because it is the only year this millenium when untrustworthy people could change the date to an older one if you only put 20 as the year. They could add another number to make the form outdated or invalid - e.g 2019 or 2018. This could leave people not covered on insurances and all sorts of forms.
So, remember, ALWAYS write the date this year as the whole year - 2020
Hope that is clear and not too garbled an explanation?!
Have a great year everyone
Jon and Debbie

I hadn't thought about that scenario. This is good, practical advice. Thanks.
