I think it looks great and wish you lots of success with it I still have a way to go but I so love seeing peoples progress to gives idea's and encouragement

Donna, as I was reading, I noticed that you are communicating much better in the second half of your page because you personalized your message, telling your readers about your own experience.
I think if you can put some of that personal element at the beginning as well, and do so as if you are speaking to ONE person, explaining how you got started yourself, it would flow much better all the way through.
Overall, it is good. So keep tweaking it. Don't let it hold you back from adding other content. Your site will continue to improve as you gain more information and expertise.
