7 steps to answer important operation hours of your life
I read an article that remind myself about time management and also give me high attention about my purpose of life.
This article can relate to my previous post about : https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/jojoleong/blog/what-will-be-written-on-your-tombstone
What you need to do is follow all these steps and questions don't take a long time to answer. An hour may be enough. But they have the power to improve the quality of every other hour of your life. Here are the questions:
Step 1: If possible get out into nature where you can feel the natural pace of the earth and not the hyperactive and inhumane pace of modern life.
Step 2: Write down the question “What would I do if I only had a week left to live?” and take 10 minutes to write down your answer.
Step 3: Write down the question, “What would I do if I only had a month left to live?” and take 10 minutes to write down your answer.
Step 4: Write down the question, “What would I do if I only had a year left to live?” and take 10 minutes to write down your answer.
Step 5: Write down the question, “What would I do if I only had five years left to live?” and take 10 minutes to write down your answer.
Step 6: Write down the question, “What would I do if I only had a life left to live?” and take 10 minutes to write down your answer.
Step 7: Finally, take 10 minutes to reread all of your answers while asking yourself, “How can I design my routine this week to more closely align with these answers?”
Life today is fast and full of opportunity. The complication is we think we have to do everything. The implication of this is we end up being pulled into endless distractions without pausing to really think.
My position is we can make a different choice. We can discern what is really essential. We can design a life that really matters.

GREAT idea to start a new year. Get out in nature preferably but at least a nice quiet place and answer these questions before setting your goals for the next year.
Awesome post, bro Jonathan. :). I think I wld spend whatever time I have with my loved ones and beloved friends and to know my creator more, lol. :) Life is too short to waste it away. :)

At 84, step 5 becomes particularly significant and the answer is exactly what I am doing. My mission is to help people become more resilient.
I was fortunate enough to live next to the beach at Newport Beach for years. Not enough days, but many times, I went for walks along the beach before sunrise in the morning. It was pretty amazing what you would see; birds flying and diving for fish, sometimes Dolphins, I came upon a sick sea lion once. Talk about getting away to feel the natural rhythms....I always went to work feeling energized and refreshed!
