Hi, Thanks for connecting with me.
So good to see so many people here all with their own unique experiences. I am no exception and have my own story to tell with all the ups and downs of life.

I am a family man with two grown up kids and my wife to give me a sense of belonging and support.

I have been living in London-UK since coming over from the lovely coastal state of Kerala in the southern tip of India.

As a child living in India, I really knew the meaning of freedom but the rules changed for me in London coming over in my teens and trying to adapt to a way of life that was so different.
My academic achievements was nothing to shout about having finished school and college, but I learned bigger lessons of life learning from the big wide world.

I have always been an entrepreneurial type and have been in one business or another over the last 30-years with measurable success and disappointments.

Having been in business many years and experiencing both good and bad with the bad out weighing the good, I don’t wish anyone to go through my experiences of hell few years ago. My experiences have taught me well and I am now better equipped to steer away from hell and also help others stay on track.

Like most people who go into business, I thought I knew everything that I needed to know to jump in and make a success, but having reached a cross road, I decided to do a post-mortem of my troubled years. It revealed my worst nightmares and left me with two choices, the first was to live in the troubles of the past and continue being unproductive and the second was to live in the future. I chose the latter. Although I was unable to predict or plan my future at the time, I knew it can't be any worse than what I have experienced.

Having been in business for most of my life thinking I had control over my destiny, I realised I knew nothing about business. My understanding of business only became apparent because of that post mortem.
This is what I learned. You are not in business if it can’t operate without you.
This put a huge? Mark over my thinking which asked me the reasons I initially went into business.
This is what I knew then, lots of money, being the boss, time freedom, respect of your family, friends and the opportunity to drive your ego as a pier of society who is looked upon in high regard by customers and suppliers.

I now know that all my previous understanding of operating small to medium size independent businesses were wrong. Without good cash-flow generated by the business within year two, you will keep putting your hands into your pocket to meet the supply demands of other businesses who you might be supplying on credit. This door never closes because they will always owe you money and you are forced to continue feeding them out of fear to safeguard your investment.

Being the Boss of your own company in a conventional business? Forget it if you don't have cash-flow and a good business plan. Exception to the rule is If you are happy in a business that gives you an income and you are your employee and boss at the same.

If you are running a small business and have staff to manage and you are called to wear many hats to see out the day, you are not a boss who will earn his keep and be in control.

Time freedom, what a joke? We kid ourselves saying we are doing it all for the family. If we can't find the freedom to spend time with our loved ones, what good is the business?
If we are lucky to make a few quid, our family will benefit and love the material wealth, but in the process forget you.

Your friends! Most will encourage you to be in your good book but secretly hope you fail. They will be with you during green pasture and gone during drought never to be seen.
Society in general will envy you and this pushes up your ego to continue even when you know deep down you haven’t got a pot to answer nature's call.
If you are any good at building relationships, customers will stick with you and your sense of responsibility will ensure you continue even if your business is hit by a tsunami.
Suppliers look up to you with respect when all is going well and become destructive when you owe money by talking to other suppliers when things are bad. When you are a small business where your face value is more than LTD, this leaves added pressure to stay open to save your dignity and pride.
When you finally wake up and are forced to take action, you will find the full force of the law and legal systems systematically tearing you down.
Having gone through all this, I needed discipline back in my life and decided to work for someone selling my time, my energy, my brain and my soul to make ends meet.
During that transitional period, I turned a few pages back to look at why I went into business. I asked myself whether it's possible to achieve some of the things I set out to do without the overheads, staff and the level of responsibility which pinned me down as a slave in my blinded ambition to be FREE.
The answer to this question stared at me from a distant quarter century, but my eyes were shut at the time in my desire to lead a rat race that has brought me around full circle.
The answer I found was the power of leveraging. This system allows you to be paid multiple times for doing the job once. I called this experience, my total eclipse. This eclipse covered the dark side of my brain that was the past and the revelation of light on the other side.
Even with this great discovery and awakening, I didn’t jump for joy and instead deliberated on 25-yrs of lost time and was doing nothing to change things.
Having run small businesses for many years, I now know of the not to do things whilst in business but wish I knew some of this before starting out in business.

Enough about me, I hope my story resonates with you at least in some areas.
My experiences have taught me well and my only wish now, is to use my knowledge to help anyone actively seeking to change their lives in a positive way.

Your goals are totally realistic and when you achieve the first one, it will be just a matter of scaling to reach the second one. The Internet works wonderful when you have your formula for success down which you are going to be getting from the training here at WA.

Once you get this formula down the sky is truly the limit Johnson! I look forward to working with you and seeing you make your goals a reality. :)
