Several months ago I purchased this breathing program for $15. Well before the COVID19 became a concern.

Today I opened this email:

I should be selling this from my website but I'm not advanced enough yet to get it monetized. But in the midst of all this pandemic pandemonia I recommend you google
"Breathing in flow"
and read Wilsons landing page ad. Even if you do not buy the program it is informative.

I would not want to trigger a political argument because there are strong opinions every which way, but my personal feeling is that your "required" face mask should NOT cover your nose. I wear mine (where required) out of respect for others who feel like it is necessary not because I think I need it.

I honestly believe that we are getting a lot of propaganda masquerading as science. But I have friends who disagree. We are still friends.
