Hey Jo-Anne, starting over is not a bad thing at all especially now you are going to do a niche on baking ... I love cakes ... Don't stress, step by step, do the training and don't give up, you will get there one day I am sure. :))

That's got to be a winner. I don't know anyone who doesn't like baking. At least eating it. LOL
My Partner and the Mother of my boys has us all on a Gluten-Free, Low Glycemic, Paleo Diet and we all got to missing the breads and the pastries and all the good stuff that's not so good for us. We are all in fairly decent shape, but we've all lost weight and feel better.
So why am I telling you this? I decided to take up baking so we could have our treats as I like to call them. Baking really isn't that hard of a thing to do. I had to stalk us up with all these new kind of flours etc., but once I got us prepared, I just followed instructions and yum, yum, yum, we're back in the groove.
So I think that a website and a series of blogs on baking is bound to be a hit.
