I have seen the theme: yaatra by CodeVibrant once and it had three columns. Not sure whether you have already found a suitable one or whether this is suitable for you but I thought I'd leave a quick comment.

Three columns can be configured with certain Themes. You just have to look for one that does. The way I've seen it, one Page can have three columns, and then you have to work from that. If you mean a left and right sidebar, that's a different story.

That's what I wanted and had a hard time finding a Theme provider that could do that and also allow for a Slider across all columns and both sidebars. Themify.me was the only one I looked at that could do it. Thrive and Elegant Themes were good choices, too, but couldn't provide the Slider.

Di has you covered, but bear in mind, 3 column themes can be confusing to the reader and personally, one of the football teams I follow has just changed their website to this and its very offputting

Hi Jim - when looking for a new theme in WordPress, there is actually a feature filter. Within that, you can choose a layout, including three columns.
