WA Keyword Tool is Broken?

This is getting worse lately.I do 3 searches and bang - Google gives me the finger, I mean the captcha code and some of them are really hard to read. I know I'm not alone with this and members say it's a Google thing, so I logged out of Google, but It doesn't help. Does anybody has a solution or know if Kyle aware of this and trying to fix it?

Just to be clear - not Jaaxy, it's the WA KW Tool.

Yea ... it's a bit of a PIA. For me it doesn't occur on every search ... maybe half the time. But I just play Google's game and move on. Not ready to commit to Jaaxy.

It's a Google thing. And I'm pretty sure it's your own IP address which triggers the response. I think Jaaxy uses proxy domains so it doesn't happen there. Another reason to use Jaaxy? I'll keep persevering with WA keyword tool. ~Marion

You should trade Captcha for re(Captcha). It's easier for people to get through, yet it'll keep bots out!

It is annoying having to keep filling captcha after so many searches, it became that way when google starting making their improvements

Yeah, it's a lot worse with the "new" Google.

Hi - it is a Google thing.

Too many searches in quick succession, from the same IP address, will ask you to fill out the captcha - as wants to check you are a human, and not a bot scraping results.

Google is interested in human activity, searches and results - so I can understand why the don't want their resources used up by bots.

Whether you're logged into Google or not - if the KW tool searches it, it will be the KW tool's IP address or domain that it will be recognizing - and as many people will be using the KW tool at the same time, I can see why Google thinks it may be under some sort of bot attack.

All the best, Mark

Thanks, Mark. Now I understand, I thought it was my IP. Try it at 4 AM?

Hi yeah could do - but it depends when people around the world are using it most I suppose. I don't know of any stats hat would tell us here at WA.

Cheers, Mark

Yes it is a bit of a pain but if I cant read the captcha I just put in any letters and it gives me a clearer option
