Thanks Kaju for your efforts, stress and pressure are my number 1 enemy and they consume all the energy I have, and they leave me exhausted for the rest of the day, I'm trying hard to deal with it, sometimes it works and other times it doesn't.
And I'll definitely consider writing a post about dealing with stress on my site once I get to a level where I'm controlling my nerves perfectly.

Rawan, you hold the answer to your own stress.
Write a post about it , or even a series of posts -- be as transparent as possible, share your true feelings openly, ask for comments. This will be a release in am sure.

I believe you just need to do it, and make a habit out of writing aobut it regularly, We can be productive even when we are not feeling at our best.

Better yet, make it your niche. This could be a successful one. And then eventually your newfound success will slowly chip away and alleviate all of your stress.

Wishing you great success!

Thanks so much again Rawan:) I have a new YouTube channel where I'm producing great content.
Check out our great Tokyo story as well as my Efren Reyes match win video play by play:)

If you don't yet, I will happily return the favor when yours is up.:)

It takes a lot of self control to stay calm and collected during times when one is under pressure and stress to perform. But, it's a good thing, because if there were not pressure and stress nothing would get done. I get a lot of satisfaction out of working hard and making my goals.

You are SO right, Shaviar. A good amount of pressure and urgency is such a healthy thing, and something we need to excel.
Complacency is our enemy, urgency is our friend.

I find that I play my best matches, and accomplish my best things when I am under pressure. I've learned to focus my concentration with enormous clarity under these circumstances.

We need to welcome these situations, because the more we are in them, the better we become.

Congratulations on the win. Staying calm is always a good idea but sometimes hard to do

Calmness must be practiced like everything else, Pablo. The more experience we have in a pressure cooker situation, the more prepared we are to handle it.

Congratulations on your win, and overcoming anxiety. Not as hard for a professional though. Performing under pressure is important to all here. Thanks for the post

Thanks Cowboy Jim, what makes you think I am a professional? I wish I was, I am only a capable amateur!

The PROs know how to do it, the bottom line is the more high stakes competitions you compete in, the easier it gets.

As long you are continuing to post these awesome blogs, there is no way to keep me calm.... :))

Happy Affiliating Kaju!

"Amazing., Awesome, Astounding, and Astonishing" comment, my man. For you Stefan, I will make the exception!!!!

Calmness helps us to think and move the right way. Calmness will give us time to earn our strength during bad times

And you have always seemed like a calm man under pressure, Jimmy. Reasonable, understanding, and measured, all valuable attributes.

Keep it going my friend, it serves you well.

As you do well.

Thank You

Great post. Time to take a break when you're on the anxiety side.

This is an absolute must Cynthia. Take a brake YES, but also learn how to handle that pressure.

Follow my 7 steps, as only experience can teach us this. The more you are in these situations, the better you become in them.

Next match he could be named Irma or Jose. Like your long tailed bell curve Kaju!

OMG Mike, what a monstrous wallop that is coming!!!

I hope Courtney (Codevish) is okay. He lives on the norther n Caribbean island of Anguilla, which took a direct Category 5 from Irma, has anyone heard from him?

I sent a message on his profile the other day. have heard nothing!

I am sending one too Mike, my heartfelt prayers he is riding this one out.

Good point. Rinse and repeat, and Mkearns said he would employ me to sell Washing machine as I am a master marketer on this. In case you miss it Read my post on Play A Good Game.;))
