Hi, Jenny I was the same in the beginning. You soon get the hang of things. YouTube have some great tutorials on helping you to build out a website too. Most themes do have some videos to help you too.

Hi Jenny, I know that it may not be for everyone, but the training here really breaks it down step by step. I would totally follow the training as laid out by Kyle and complete all the action items before moving forward.
If you do this, your site will look and feel good in no time!
You can outsource the creation of your site, but it can get pricey when a lot of the work you can do yourself in minutes.
If you must, check out a place like upwork.com or fiverr.com. You will need money to get started with this as well.
as another word of caution, before hiring someone to do it for you, it would be wise to at least be familiar with how to do it yourself so that you do not waste money on garbage service. This will help you choose good contractors that will benefit you and your biz
ironically, the best way to learn is by using the training here, lol! so that is your best bet, learn the fundabmentals and then if you so choose, venture off into hiring help.

How do I erase the content in the body if the website?. I could see about me and the policy in the top tab and also in the body.
I don't quite understand your question but why not have your About Me page in your top menu?
That's where most members have it.
If its also showing somewhere else then stop it from appearing there by going into your Main Menu Section and make sure its there as a stand alone post/page.
As for your Policy page why not put it in your Footer with your Disclaimer/Disclosure?
