Still plugging along!
It’s just been over a month and – yes I am still here. Can I tell you my story so far, guess what, yippee I have my own website, I am not going to tell you that it has been a piece a cake, because it hasn’t and I am not going to tell you any lies but it’s has been so hard for me some days but I have stuck with it and progressed, writing content is my biggest challenge so far but I am getting there.
But I can tell you that the training has been brilliant I have learned so much and my old brain is taking in all this information very well so far, I know tons of stuff, being able to embed a video, I have managed to change the theme, but this caused me so much trouble I had to change it back, this has happened on more than one occasion.
I am not running to the bank with my millions yet but I have earned £0.01 through one of my ad sense advert so I must be doing something right.
The whole experience of doing the website has been something completely new for me, which I did not think I was capable of doing, but with the excellent back-up that is available from lots of other members of the WA Community, this has made my journey easier and is something I have thoroughly enjoyed. So ......what next I hear you ask, well I want to continue making the site even better try to earn another penny or too!! and generally gain further knowledge to progress further and maybe being in a position to help others with their websites.

Awww Jen...I so love your discussion...it has inspired and motivated me to keep on going because I have to tell you that I too was so nervous hearing we have to build our own websites. I even wondered if I'm ever gonna be able to do it but hearing your story has just made me realize that I am not alone. I am just on my 3rd lesson in the "Getting Started" course and the day is almost over today and I haven't been able to look at lesson 3...lol. Thank you so much for sharing your story...it has given me new motivation and strength. Maybe I can also earn a penny in a month's time like you. Anyway, we'll see and whatever happens and no matter how slow I am, I am determined to see this business through.
Thanks for sharing this with me. Glad you are making progress. I have dropped back for a break as I got too bogged down.

Hi Jen, I tried to comment on your site and got an error message. It says: "ERROR: Your comment has been blocked because the website owner has set their spam filter to not allow comments from users behind proxies".
There is an easy solution to this.
WA member SRosenthal posted this. Here are the steps he listed:
1) Go into your settings for SpamShield.
2) Scroll down to the line that says, "Allow users behind proxy servers to comment?"
3) Click on the box to the left of that line to place a check in the box.
4) Scroll down to the bottom and save your new setting.
Thank you for the advice. I have change the setting now.
