Raised Beds Are Raising my Hope! (And so is this community!)
My website is going to address all things raised bed gardens. It is moving along nicely. I've completed Lesson 9, finally settled on a WP theme, and come a long way this week in the beginning stages of organizing my site and figuring out what it is going to be like. This photo is from our gardens just a couple of weeks ago and is being incorporated into the site. There's still a long way to go, and I'm sure lots of edits still in my future, but I feel my confidence slowly rising inside of myself....I can do this thing! I know it won't be overnight, but I can create content about a subject I already love and am immersed in daily and share it with other like-minded people. With the help of WA, I can figure out how to monetize this thing and contribute to our family income in a way that lets me also be home to take care of this beautiful food supply. And might I add that this community is just so great!!! I have asked many questions over the last two weeks, and I've literally had multiple answers in minutes...as well as so much general encouragement. Just feeling hopeful and encouraged today and wanted to share. 🥰

PS So now we got you as part of this amazing family .can I come ask you questions about raised beds and what can I grow in them. See how this works.
Can you grow herbs in them ? and what lives best in these beds? I have a rather large farm here and I have no problem with building the ultimate green house, I just need to know can these beds be portable moving them from a sunny area to a more shaded one or are they stationary. My garden has the most unusual food plants that most people dont grow .....in my basement where it's pretty cool yr round my daughter grows mushrooms all different kinds .from your typical garden shroom to your fancy yellow and orange types. Shes the shroom expert.
Then I have the typical garden with your most popular foods. Sorry for the babble I get so excited when I find someone with a passion. This way I know I'm asking the right professional for the right advice thanks Jennifer I'll have more ?s I'm sure Have a fantastic day.

You can definitely grow herbs in them. Honestly, you can grow almost anything. We are trying potatoes this year, and we're anxious to see how they turn out since we can't hill them the same way we normally would. Moving boxes is possible, but not always easy. They'd pretty much need to be small boxes with bottoms (which can be done), but when you get the dirt in there, the weight increases quite a bit. They'd likely need to be on some kind of casters....sort of like this....
Speaking of gardens, amazing. I aspire to make our veggie garden look like that...one thing at a time!
Thanks, Kyle!! ☺️
