Wednesday Was Worrisome, Wonderful, & Welcoming!
Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!
I stayed up later again than usual, since there were a lot of issues in the house that still needed to be addressed. I was also keeping an eye on the Presidential election results too.
Then there was wood that I brought in, and then situated, and since it was a bit wet, I got it situated in front of a space heater for a while, just to take some of the wetness out of it.
Hopefully some arrangements will be made for some more dry wood soon. Since we were frightfully cold and wet, the wood remaining outside had never gotten dry.
I also hope that the weather gets better today, instead of worse. Fingers crossed on that though.
Then I finally retired to bed for the evening, and that was a lot warmer, as well.
I woke up around 6:30 this HUMP Day morning, and got right down to business in the vibrant Wealthy Affiliate Community!
I am trying to reestablish my schedule better. January has started the new year off is disarray, as far as productivity is concerned. Today, so far, we are at 33 degrees with some fog. I hope it gets better soon.
Poor visibility has been the main issue right now. The temps are still holding in the low 30s.
It had cleared up a bit when I decided to go grab breakfast, and pick up a couple of necessities.
These are the images I captured before I departed. (above)
Not long after that, I headed to pick up a couple of sausage McGriddles from Mickey D's,and then went to pick up some other essentials for the next couple of days.
Those trips were successful too!
After that, I ended up at the locksmith shop house to check on mail and other things.
I stayed there about an hour, and then headed back to the eBay house to get some more things situated, and then getting back down to business.
Pretty soon, I hope to be able to speak to my buddy Kevin up in Nebraska since they have been having some bad weather up there, along with a couple of unexpected surgeries for his wife, and some serious vehicle issues (I can definitely related to the latter!)
I will be waiting again today to see if he calls. In the meantime, I have been clearing some junk out of the living room, and soon will be a bit more organized.
When I went outside to wait for him to call, I got to hear from my mom on the phone for over half an hour. She seems to be doing okay!
I also captured a final image of the melting snow for the new day, as well! Then Kevin called, and I chatted with him for about a half hour!
Monica called after that, and after I get off with her, I will go to her house and take care of a few things that I need to get done! I'll be very happy about that, as well!
This will post after a while, but I am not sure when, so everyone be expecting it!
The rest of the evening for me should be exciting!
I TRUST THAT EVERYONE HAS HAD A VERY PRODUCTIVE HUMP DAY! I DEFINITELY CANNOT COMPLAIN ABOUT MINE! I DID NOT HEAR FROM THAT JOB TODAY, WHICH WAS FINE BY ME. MAYBE TOMORROW! I HOPE TO HEAD OVER TO MONICA'S LATER, UNLESS SHE ENDED UP HAVING TO WORK, SO WE SHALL SEE!
I'M WISHING FOR MORE DAYS LIKE THIS SOON! (above)
Sincerely,
Jeff, the BLOG DOGS, and Kitty

Hi Jeff! Sounds like you need a wood shed. Good to hear your mum is doing well, a bit of a shame about, Kevin, do hope his wife feels better soon and the vehicle situation gets sorted. Also, good to see the snow is melting, at least the roads are clear. Have a great productive day.
I do, indeed, Brian! That is a Great idea! Everyone seems to be experiencing some problems with the way that this New Year has begun! Still, we must press on!
Have a GREAT day!
Jeff
It's still so cold over there!
Here in Singapore, the weather is slowly getting warmer. Very slowly.
Now, every morning starts with sunshine. From afternoon till night, there is always a chance of rain. That makes the afternoons and nights cold.
It was cold this morning when I woke up. Now, mid-morning, the sun has warm up the area a bit. And I can hear the children from the day care playing downstairs.

Well, it's warmer here than it is there, but there's 3 feet of snow outside. I am so glad I had my road plowed two days in a row, or nobody would have been able to come in here. All's well here, though. Glad your Wednesday went from worrisome to wonderful. New reservations made for next week's Juneau trip, and it looks like all will be well this time. I sure hope so!
You are right, Fran. It is warmer here though now. I am encouraged by the current developments. I hope your Juneau trip goes well too.
Hopefully that wood will soon so you can use it, Jeff!
And those McGriddles are delicious!
Happy Hump Day! πͺππΆπΉπΆ
