Turbulent & Tempestuous Tuesday Tends To Tire!
Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!
This morning was very wet! We have had a steady slow rain for most of the night. The Blog Dogs reluctantly did their business outside, and then rushed back inside.
I jumped into the Wealthy Affiliate Community, and was soon joined by Kitty--not that she was interested, but more likely, she was not satisfied with the amount of food that I gave her.
I looked at my phone and noticed that I had two missed calls, but no messages were left, so I shrugged it off, and turned the sound on my phone back on. Kitty, who apparently slept on top of it for most of the night was the likely culprit for the sound being turned off.
No matter, because I still got a call a while later from the guy who had called earlier. So we agreed that I would meet him there in about 20 minutes!
The drive there was a bit dreary since it was raining steadily.
As I was nearing my destination out at a service station on the highway, I was blown away to see Humphrey of all things, appearing briefly at the busy intersection. At least the light was still red!
He used to do this a lot in the past, but had been good for the last several weeks in not appearing on the roadways! It's simply too dangerous!
When I got back to the eBay house, it was time to make a hamburger, since I was hungry.
Right after that, of course, it was time to feed the Blog Dogs!
With that important task accomplished, it was time to start working again on the website, as a part of my normal Wealthy Affiliate research daily tasks.
Now at 22 posts, I am hoping to get at least one more done, maybe two if I am lucky.
I feel like I am getting into the groove there!
Of course, with it chilly and raining all day, I finally laid down and took a refreshing nap too, getting back up feeling somewhat refreshed. I am sure glad that all the mowing was accomplished yesterday.
It has just been a dismal, though surprisingly productive day (in the writing department anyway.) There are tentative plans for Monica and I to go eat, but that remains to be seen since I have not heard a peep from her today.
I thought that we truly had a good time last night at her (our) house.
Maybe not, but it was thoroughly enjoyable to me, even with the PSD there. Yes, weirdly she actually was home for a change.
I took advantage of a brief cessation of the rain to catch the image I will leave everyone of today:
If my dinner plans do not materialize, then I will be working more on the computer, both within the Wealthy Affiliate Community, and also within my new site. I'm also going to upgrade one of my dormant sites if I have time. I have some tentative plans for the locksmith site.
No doubt, I will also be on the phone to somebody. Those conversations always seem to break the monotony in a good way!
I HOPE THAT EVERYONE HAS HAD A SAFE AND SUCCESSFUL TUESDAY! I FEEL LIKE I HAVE TOO! TOMORROW BEGINS ANOTHER HUMP DAY! AS ALWAYS, LET'S MAKE IT THE BEST ONE YET!

Glad you were able to make your rainy day productive. Soon, we will get plenty of chances to be productive in the rain. Today, though, was fairly nice here.
I had visitors this morning, all coming to meet Mocha. He obliged, as he is a pretty friendly kitty. Now he is sprawled on the sofa, looking very relaxed.
It would be nice if your meal with Monica materialized.

Sounds like a fun day for you and the new feline arrival. That's really cool. He seems to be recovering from all the attention.

A nice rainy day....are you one of the rainy day people, Jeff? It appears Humphrey is.
Personally, I like a good rainy day, but then again, the only rain I have really experienced for the last 25 years has been tropical, so - not that cold and dreary rain that you can get in colder climates.
Those are the days to stay in next to the fire.

I only am because I can do a lot more writing on a rainy day, Alex, since my outdoor activities are stymied! Humphrey doesn't care. He comes and goes as he pleases!
I think the tropical rain would be nice. This rain makes it almost feel like winter.
I thought about lighting a fire, believe me. All the wood is wet though.🙄

I wish I could send you some too, Muslimah! It usually comes here and stays around for a while! The only good thing is that it stimulates my indoor creativity!

Sounds like Kitty is turning off the sound on your phone on purpose because it annoys her--you know how cats are, everything annoys them!

That's some gloomy weather, Jeff...but the best kind to get lots of work done. At least everything is looking so green in your yard. That rain is heading my way in a day or so. Humphrey is getting a little too daring these days! Hopefully you get out to eat together tonight. That would be a sweet treat. Enjoy your evening :-)

It certainly has been, Susan! I have knocked out three posts on my site though and have another one halfway done.
Humphrey has appeared on the highway before, but Nick (Jessifido) and I felt we had him licked from doing that again.😳
Sadly, the outing was not to be. After a GREAT evening yesterday, so I thought. I reached out to her at 8 pm and asked "Are we still on for Sonic. 15 minutes later, she replied, "I've already taken the kids to dinner". I responded and said "Thanks, I'll guess I will make something else to eat. At least it was good to have my hopes up for a while!" Anyway, there has been no response since.
I hope the rain, when and if you get it is not too bad, my friend!

Ah, Jeff...I'm sorry to hear that. A trip to Sonic would have been fun. Maybe tomorrow now that her 4 day shift is over. Hmm...🤔
