Triumphant Thursday Travails Turned Totally Terrific!

Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!

First of all, I had a very pleasant evening after my job with Monica, who picked me up and took me over to her house for a couple of hours.

On the way there, she saw a snake in the road, so we circled back and took some pictures of it, while she also managed to flag down some police officers too.

We chatted with them for a while, until another officer showed up to remove the snake, which he said was a small constrictor, likely a pet that someone let loose.

After that impromptu adventure, we continued on to her house (my former residence).

As I wrote before, Godtilla was there too. She was picked up later that night.

It was a really relaxing time after all I went through on Tuesday!

It was eventually time for her to drive me back to the eBay house after a nice evening on the deck I built,

We stopped at Sonic on the way back for a Sonic Blast, but I didn't bother with images for that.

This morning, I was up and at in the Wealthy Affiliate Community. That went smoothly, and didn't take too long. Even though, I woke up early, I felt like the Energizer Bunny!

Kitty decided to remain in bed. Monica called around 8:30, and we talked off an on for a few hours, until she had to go to a doctor's appointment for one of her hands again. I hope that goes well.

At that time, I ventured outside to catch a couple of images of the new day, to include the title image.

We were in the high 60s at the time.

It was a sun cloud mix today, and we are expected to reach the mid 80s.

I have been working on a second full edit of my HV#1 Story, turning it into an eBook.

This will be an ongoing task, and I believe it will be ready to start publishing after the second edit. This might take a couple of days though.

It was finally time to go to my locksmith job scheduled for today on Tuesday.

This was the house I went to. I was there for about 3-45 minutes.

Fortunately, I was able to fix both lock mechanisms on the combo set. My buddy Kevin called me when I was outside in the truck writing up a bill, and we talked for a few minutes before I went back inside to give them a bill.

I didn't charge them anything but a service call, and she was a senior so I added a discount. When she got the bill, she said, "That's Cheap, are you sure?"

She went on to tell me that the other locksmiths she called had quoted her in the range of $175 -$300. The problem is, I don't like to gouge people, and the job took around a half hour more or less. The hardest part had been getting the front door open.

I billed her $60 since all that had to be done was disassemble both locks retrieve a screw that had come out inside one, lube everything and reinstall them. They had become very loose over the years.

Now they were as good as new. She added another $15 onto that because I had saved her money. I was happy and she was happy--I just pay things forward because I know times are tough right now. She said she will definitely use me again!

It had been cloudy for a bit, but when I got back to the eBay house--not even 2 miles away, the sun was out again.

I have been finishing up this post, doing editing, and awaiting the results of Monica's appointment.

Since I have heard nothing by the state about my DL, this is risky when I go out, but I feel God is looking out for me.

The rest of this evening will be spent on the computer with both Wealthy Affiliate tasks and some more editing.

I TRUST THAT EVERYONE HAD A TERRIFIC THURSDAY--ANOTHER FRISATSU'S EVE ALREADY. MINE HAS BEEN PRETTY GOOD!
