T-Storm Thursday's Terrific Triumphs & Trials!

After I finished my Whirlwind Wednesday trip, I took care of some tasks that still needed addressing.
Then the Heavy rains and associated hail rolled in. I had another phone chat with Monica during that time. Depending on what happens, she might have a busy Thursday dealing with some ongoing Familial issues, so I totally wish her well. The intense storm lasted for about 2+ hours before settling down, but in the wee hours of Thursday morning, some of that had returned.
I stayed up later than usual, and then final retired for the evening, sleeping pretty well, I must admit.
I woke up at my normal time of 6 am. I took care of a couple of tasks, and then I jumped into the Wealthy Affiliate Community like I always do!
There are many hidden gems in there if you know where to look! Kitty declined to come out and she stayed in bed.
I had talked to my broker yesterday, so some additional money will be coming in soon, so that was some good news, as well. Slowly but surely, everything seems to be falling into place.
Then it was time to venture outside for some images of the somewhat dreary new day at the time.
The temps were decent in the high 40s /low 50s, but we'll have to see how that progresses.
I then went back inside and accomplished some more tasks too!
There has been no new work yet, but I have secured some financial security for the next couple of months, so we shall see how the rest of this day progresses!
Here were some more images I captured as the day progressed. It wasn't long during the lunch hour before I landed a vehicle unlock job, so I must have spoken too soon a while ago.
I left quickly and headed to the destination. That turned into a quick $50. Wow! I'll take those any day of the week!
Then it was back to the eBay house and more computer work!
I will soon be reheating my hamburger from yesterday's adventure and eating some of it for a late lunch. I felt like I was finally getting hungry.
I cut it up so that it was more manageable for me to eat. I ate it all, and it was delicious!
Even though this new day was looking good, I believe that we will still be getting some more storms later in the day or evening. It is simply that time of year right now. We'll have to wait and see, but the temps were at 57 degrees as I wrote this portion of the post.
Wow! I think we broke the 60 degree barrier finally!
The day is rapidly progressing, and I am happy about the progress. Soon, I will take a short break and sit outside in the truck for a bit. Once there, I'll capture another couple of images of the waning day.
I trust that everyone has had an excellent Thursday! I will not complain about mine at all! I simply cannot believe how fast this past week has been going! As the old saying goes: Time Flies when we are having fun!
This post is coming soon, and I hope that everyone here is doing very well as we head into another Frisatsu!
Mine has been starting off quite well, and that is all that we can hope for!

Glad you had another good day...Same here...got a difficult section of the memoir done. Tonight is leftover night, so easy one. You never did tell me if you have an oven. I'm guessing you don't...or perhaps you don't like tacos???

No, Fran! I have one burner on the stove that I am now forced to live in, but I manage.
I love tacos, but that is when I go to taco bell.
She eats all day every day.
I agree, Jeff! Cutting up that hamburger makes it last a little longer too! Leftover hamburger is almost as good as leftover pizza!

Goodness me Jeff, that must have been one heck of a storm.
Yes, time flies. Yet when were are little it seemed that time went ever so slowly. I mean, my next birthday would be this faaaaaaaaaaar away. And now, as soon as I've had the last one, folk are asking what I'm doing for my next birthday (only because I by the drinks).
Glad you spoke to Miss M. And worry not about the work coming in, crack on with some of those other jobs.
I'm back in the fold again, booted out of hospital this afternoon, so I'm ready for 1FR again, catch you later.

Yes, very happy with today's chat with the specialist. Lots of blood tests. more tablets.
But I'm here, resting under a bush for the rest of the day, like all good rhinos and then I will be charging ahead again tomorrow.
