Sullen Saturday Weather Leads To Increased Indoor Productivity!
Hello Everyone in Wealthy Affiliate!
It remained in the low forties (Fahrenheit) this morning under gray sullen cloud-filled skies. It was in the twenties overnight.
I slept a little later today, but then I stayed up a little later last night too. The Blog Dogs braved the cold outside to take care of their morning business.
They were not outside long though before wanting back inside.
It was then time for me to hit the computer for another trip into the Wealthy Affiliate Community.
Aside from answering some Wealthy Affiliate emails, I also read many of the member blogs in search of more nuggets of pure knowledge.
The answers to the community blog posts are literally chock-full of them if you know where to look!
I don't think that a day guys by that I do not learn something--no matter how trivial it might be, which helps me expand my ever-increasing knowledge bank!
In my humble opinion, this vibrant community is worth the annual price of admission to Wealthy Affiliate all by itself! To think, I only initially joined the platform for the hosting and to build some websites to promote my own physical businesses and other interests!
Of course, Tig-Tig was right beside me again, providing inspiration!
For the most part, she is pretty reliable, though she does have her lazy days--several in the past week, in fact.
We probably worked about 2-3 hours within the platform before I decided that it was time to venture out and head to the eBay house where I had an order to pack and some new items to list in my eBay store.
I almost always manage to get back into Wealthy Affiliate work several times in the hours that I spend at the eBay house. I also write some in my various book projects, do research, and of course work in eBay.
Getting the house cleaned out is also an ongoing mission as well! Suffice it to say that I am never bored!

I have written many others in my Wealthy Affiliate blog roll about this place and my other two locations chock-full of goodies (and admittedly junk) as well.
I had to drive over and do an estimate for another locksmith job, and on the way I snapped another picture of the gray sky!
We have been blessed with mild weather here in Kansas--quite unusual for this time of year, but the above image depicts what we can expect most of the time during this part of the winter.
We also usually have a lot of snow, but it has only snowed minimally two times so far this winter, and those were melted away within mere hours.
For those of you who might be new members on this platform make sure that you avail yourself of everything that Wealthy Affiliate has to offer.
I know of nowhere else that has everything you need all in one place to successfully set up a thriving online business. The only ingredients you need are patience, perseverance, and a strong work ethic.
I also might add, that if you happen to know of one, to be sure you will end up paying A LOT more money for it then you will even think about spending here!
If you aren't necessarily looking to start a business right from the start, then you can be like me and start websites to promote a hobby, blog, or your own physical businesses as well.
Heck, eventually I might even pursue the Affiliate Marketing thing myself, but right now, I am sticking to what I came here for originally! The STARS are the limit here for almost anything you might wish to do! YOU are your only impediment!

They are both part of the brand that I have been building over the last year! Of course, when I sat down at the computer again, Tig-Tig, who had already worked with me once already today, was not as enthused!
No matter, I am home now and waiting for Monica to get home from work! Until then, I might still be on and off the computer as I try to relax a little more on this productive Saturday!

That sounds like a productive Saturday. My Saturday was also good. I have some seed beds in the vegetable garden. I decided to plant out some frizzy lettuce, kale, and left over tomato babies.
Michael had a good idea. Of the many saved Greek plastic yogurt buckets, he cut out the bottom and I use it as a protection for the small plants. When the plant has grown, I carefully pull up the plastic so the plant can spread.
At 15.00 is Spanish news, lunch, and the small fireplace in my workroom is lit and I get working on the computer. After the cold spell with Filomena sweeping the country temperatures are going up. The small almond tree on the south side of the house is in full bloom.

Your daily activities always sound so delightful and quaint! That would be my aspiration to have a little homestead similar to that and live very simply and quietly, Taetske! Your description and the image are quite beautiful!

It is fun but also a lot of work growing things. The taste is most of the time unbeatable.
I have oleander growing on each side of the entrance. Every 5 years we cut them at 50 cm high and I use the wood for the fireplace. It is beautiful when they blossom.

I can really recommend the Greek plastic yogurt bucket tip. It protects the transplanted baby plants till they have grown and are stronger.

It was a productive day for sure!!!! It got chilly as the day wore on but it was a great day!!!

Poor baby. Well, she knows where I live if she gets fed up. I just need to know in advance so I can get drugs. 😉
LOL. No, they're for me if she has to come live with me......if she continues to be abused by working two shifts!!!!

Glad to hear you had a productive and good day.
Me I visited my parents and stayed with them almost the whole day. I went there after a month and was missing them. Today I have done nothing for my WA tasks but a lot of work at my Mom's home to help them out.

Thank you, Jeff! Yeah you're right. Sometimes we have to leave the job a side to prioritize family. Specially when they are in need of our help and looking our way. I wish I could do more for them but I am married now and have 2 children and live separate from them. The only thing I am glad about is that they are not living too far from me. I could go whenever it is in my power from all my other responsibilities.
