My Friends, Be Warned, Internet Trolls Are Back on the Platform Again!
Hello Wealthy Affiliate Friends!
These are the types of people who hide behind starter memberships only here to use their FREE Jaaxy searches, but while here also sow hate and discontent within the community!
Two times already (Which I deleted), they have essentially said the same thing on my latest blog post!
Here is a screenshot of the comment left on my profile page (and my response).
I kept documentation of the past two years of the exact same thing! It has been reported to Kyle both times in the past. I decided to give everyone a heads up this time, and it might be taken down, but I am fed up with the non-professional nonsense.
If these people do not like my posts, then MOVE ON!

I don't think I have seen this blog post before! I was just reading Jason's post, which you have commented on and left the link. I guess that trolls are always hanging around somewhere! AI has brought a new type of ambassadorship to Wealthy Affiliate!

I am really sorry to hear what happened. I have a new account here, looking for upgrading to Premium Plus soon, though now I will have to reconsider my decision.
But why would SOMEONE do this to you? Do you have any enemies online? And she(or he) called you a silly goose in her(or his) comment? Jeez!
Silly goose, hmm. Sounds very British to me. I can imagine how upset you must be. I would be, if someone called me a silly goose!
At such a high rank of 7, it is possible that someone in the vicinity might be playing a prank on you, maybe with their friends. Someone told me that if you are not active for even a day your rank could plummet.
Whoever has done this, it hurts like a SCORPION's sting, for sure. I don't believe in vengeance or all that JAZ but confront the person if you have a problem, is what I always say.

It happened to me back 3 years ago...
It had to be a troll in here, I'm pretty sure of the who. Lead to blocking!!
When sorted out?? WA bosses fixed and do a "WT???" .
I was 15th in rank;)

I can feel your pain. It was painful enough to be keeping it to myself. Although I am a new member I was attacked over 3 or 4 days that I participated in Chat. All members who use Chat every day know about it. I came to ask a few basic questions about WA, and when new and old members asked questions I tried to answer them. I am an expert in many things including WordPress and all my answers were good. I soon started getting questions asking who are you & what are you hiding, to my surprise. From new starter accounts including the ones that are attacking you now. I think these is an/are old member/s hiding her/him/themselves behind dummy accounts. I tried to explain that I am not new to the business but the attacks continued. They wanted to prevent me from answering questions. She/he appears to be trying to prevent you from posting to pull you down. Through all the pain, I tried to figure what was happening. I guessed that it was an old vs new thing and maybe I seemed like a threat to all those chasing some top rank. Many members seem to be aware about of what happened. One of them has commented here that he saw it coming. One of the Ambassadors was sending PMs to another with a Y in his username, and he was replying with a smiley as though he was enjoying it, all while the attack was going on. All very scary and gang-like. Thanks for the advice though. I am trying to be brave, trying to upgrade. I tried to find out myself and left some tips in both comments. Pay attention to the caps and the Y.
Thank you very much, Cody, and try to hang in there and do the upgrade! The trolls are few, thankfully, and the bulk of the WA community are very good people in deed! Don't let the few rotten apples spoil your view of WA! They are the exception, rather than the rule!

I joined in October, blogged for 21 days in a row, and rose in ranks quickly!!
I made Ambassador without knowing it existed, and ...Maybe became a threat?
Blocked Dec 22!! After having my Sandbox of friends?? All I could do was read and like!!!
Try writing to Support or Kyle when you can't PM or ask a question??
I got creative and found away...too long a story to share! LOL
Christmas was like watching everyone at the celebration, ...from out in the cold, through a glass partition. Before Co-Vid!! Ha-haa!

Jeff delete ignore and give them no publicity. Believe that when they are wasting their time targeting you they are leaving someone more vulnerable alone. I have plenty of spam comments on my website recently and I found the cause and was able to stop it at source.

What do you mean Jeff, Internet Trolls are back? When did they ever leave?
Trolls are always lurking and hiding in the shadows. They'll crawl out every so often and leave a nasty comment just to provoke. I noticed that if you don't respond to them, they'll just crawl back underneath the rock which they came from.
Delete the comment and block them - good riddance!
