Monday Moments & Momentum!
Hello everyone here in Wealthy Affiliate!
A short recap of Sunday afternoon's events after I posted:
Monica got off at 2:30, and we hooked up and went and had Taco Bell! (I didn't take any images). I had a Nacho Bell Grande (the first time since I had been sick last year and when we went to Taco bell at that time, my favorite meal had been absolutely disgusting!)
Long story short, this time it was GREAT! They also gave me a Senior Discount since my beard had a lot of gray in it! Too funny!
Monica surprised me when, instead of taking me back home, she headed in another direction.
There was a Great soda deal that she had told me about the other day, and she was taking me the store to get a deal on it.
Today is our Labor Day Holiday in the United States, so it has been quite laid back since I awoke and got down to business! I told her to select a 12-pack for herself as a token of my appreciation!
Then she dropped me off, and I talked to her one more time before the end of the day.
Now for the New Labor Day activities:
After going to bed rather late, I watched movies and fell into a deep sleep, and when I woke up just before 8 am, I got up, took care of Kitty, and then headed to the office to perform the normal morning's Wealthy Affiliate Community foray!
It is always the best way to put each new day in the proper perspective!
Kitty is still likely on vacation, since here in the US, it is a Holiday! That cat knows how to rock a holiday!
I kept at the WAC foray for about an hour, and when I finished wit the initial one, I knew that it was time to head out to take some images of the new day, to include the title image.
At the time, it was only in the mid 70s temperature-wise!
We might make it into the triple digits again today, but I am not too sure about that yet!
It as been a beautiful day, so far!
The day seems to be progressing quite well!
I feel like I am getting a lot done, all things considered!
Then I dabbled with a little more outline writing too!
That will help in the long run!
Then I went out to the garage to see if the motorcycle would fire up!
Fortunately, it did, and I might need to take it for a ride today! I am definitely contemplating that at some point.
The rest of the day will be up in the air, so to speak! It is a play it by ear time, and I must admit that I love these kinds of days!
My buddy Kevin is off from work today too! Finally, he gets a holiday off!
I have talked to Monica for about an hour and a half! I hope that I get to see her on this holiday! That remains to be seen though!
I feel that I have gotten a lot done today, regardless. There was another image of Blog Dog, Shadow that Samantha had sent, so here it is (below)
She is an excellent photographer! I will keep encouraging her with this!
I will cut this post off soon! This is so that I will do !
I HOPE THAT EVERONE HERE HAD A MONUMENTAL MONDAY AND A GREAT START TO THE NEW WEEK! I FEEL LIKE I HAVE, AND THERE MIGHT BE SOME GOOD THINGS IN THE EVENING TOO!

happy Labor Day Jeff, I use this day as "MY" day at home and will work on my YT channel. i had to order a microphone due to the poor quality of the internal PC and a Logitech camera. The camera is good. But both mics are horrible for videos.
This one on the way is a good one, an Audio Technica AT2020. Audio is just as important as video.
Lucked out on the weather here so far. mid 70's all weekend.

I was supposed to go to a couple of BBQs today. There are too many guzzle tables there too. I have not felt well the last few days, so I figured I better sit tight. lOl

I laughed on the hair part. My hair began thinning when I was much younger as well as turning, and I kid you not I became self conscious going out with my mom who had a full head of dark hair (not colored). The first time I realized folks thought we were a couple made me throw up a little in my mouth, hah hah.

For the most part, it was, Jason! Relaxing and productive in places.
Monica stopped by for about 15 minutes. She has been tied out helping family members out, so that was about it.
I retired early and was watching older movies in the evening.
