Fabulous Friday Frisatsu Felt Fortuitous, Fruition-Filled, & Fantastic!

After I signed off yesterday evening, I had a good long phone conversation with Monica, and that was quite nice. She was very busy yesterday getting her sister's trailer packed as she moved back to Houston, Texas.
I went to bed not too long after that, since we had talked for well over an hour.
I got a decent amount of sleep, but not as much as I had been used too, but I still got up around 5:45 am to get some morning chores done and when those were completed, it was then time for the morning Wealthy Affiliate Community sojourn.
I finished with that in short order since there was not as many posts there this new Frisatsu morning.
Kitty was still remaining in bed.
Monica called again this morning and we chatted for almost another hour. Her sister left as scheduled, but had to turn around in short order when her truck could not pull the weight of the trailer. This, likely, will be an ongoing drama for a few days to come.
I called and spoke to the Realtor that called me last night for the job today, and that is a go, and they had made it more convenient for me to boot.
That job will be addressed later this afternoon.
Then it was time to capture some images of the new day.
We were at 46 degrees at the time.
I suspect that the weather will get a lot better moving forward! I am not sure what the temps today will ultimately reach!
Then, it was time for me to leave and go get that locksmith job out of the way.
It was in the high 50s at the time, approaching the 60s. I captured another image of the day as I was leaving the eBay house.
The drive to the locksmith job was straightforward and uneventful! Me leaving the main part of town (above), and me headed over the highway (below).
Then it wasn't long after that when I arrived at the townhome. (The tenants are moving in tomorrow afternoon).
The Realtor that contacted me last night said they already had locks over there for me to replace the old ones--even easier.
Not only do I replace the locks, and adjust anything that doesn't fit, but I also get the old locks that I can repurpose for other locksmith jobs in the future. What a deal--AND I make money too! Above is one of the "old" locks.
After I was there for a while, I realized that they had neglected to get enough locks for the garage door. I called her later and informed her about that. She will pay me for the entire thing, but I might have to make one more trip over there, depending on what they decide to do. We shall see.
I have done work for her before.
When I got back, I had a few phone calls with some friends, and that was an added bonus--it always is--especially when a new Frisatsu is here.
I must admit that the temps got warm today--if not in the 70s--it is approaching that very fast. There is no problem with that, as far as I am concerned.
These temperatures could be year around, as far as I am concerned. That would be totally welcome. It is the temperature extremes that I am opposed to.
When this post is live, I will still, likely be on the computer some more, unless I happen to land another locksmith job.
Even after that, I will be back on the computer until it is time for me to head to "sleep-land"!
I TRUST THAT EVERYONE HAS HAD AND IS HAVING AN EXCELLENT START TO THIS LATEST FRISATSU! I KNOW THAT I CERTAINLY AM NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT MINE!

Its always great to make money and even better on this beautiful day. We are going to go see the Alpaca farm down the road from us on this sunny day. I believe it is suppose to cool off however next week.

If those temperatures were all year round it would be perfect for me as well!
Maybe you could lend your truck to the SIL, I am sure it would get the job done!!

Glad you got some lock-work and that you and Monica had a couple of nice talks. I went with my friend to run errands today. They included stopping at our local thrift store,the "Community Chest." Their covered back porch includes shelves of books, and I stop by about once a week; take back the last batch of books I got and pick up some more. They are free for the taking, and each week or two when I go back I find new ones, so it's my private little "lending library." What a nice little community we have!
No Writer's today, as our '"chief" had to travel to her sister's who was dying...always hard to lose a loved one. Got one section of my memoir rewritten, so now am on the verge of starting the next section. Good! What a project!
It is definitely a good thing that you went there. Did you get any new books? That is pretty awesome.
I'm sorry about your "chief" not not doing well, and I am sorry about her sister dying.
Fingers crossed that all goes well with her.
I always find a few books that I haven't read that look interesting, so refill my reading supply.

Now where did that last 24 hours go.
Sorry I missed the first responder party last night, I had work to do and a determination to complete it. Just finished and a great feeling, now I can watch the Rugby on Sunday with a clear conscience.
Some really good photos there Jeff. That TownHome looks really nice, I could see myself living there. Sitting on one of those chairs with a nice beer.
Its good to see that the breaking and entering is making you money. I hope you charge a premium for those repurposed locks.
