Be Careful What You Wish For!
Of course, I mentioned in a previous post about someone possibly sending me some rain to relieve the heat or a similar sentiment, and like magic, we got it in spades overnight.
There were branches blown down all over town, apparently caused by winds up to 70mph!
My "thinking" deck was even in disarray--this is what it looked like after I stood the fallen chairs back up!
Anyway, after checking my other properties for damage (thankfully there wasn't any), I went and picked up Frank!
I also made my tax appointment and now have that troublesome problem behind me for this year!
I re-keyed one house for $150. Not bad for a paid "day off" eh? I got caught up on some more e-mails and also perused some more Wealthy Affiliate training! We can NEVER get enough of that!
I feel much more invigorated with the coolness of the day, every cloud in this case has a silver lining!
Unfortunately, we are in for some more seriously hot weather for the next few days, but tonight will be some more thunderstorms!
I will try to catch up on some more Wealthy Affiliate work!

Thanks for the update, Jeff! I don't get a chance to read all of your updates, but for some reason this caught my eye. I was thinking, "I can't wish for things, I have to work for them!" Rain is nice, too, though!
