A Glimpse of the Wall of Receivers and other Radios at the eBay House
Hello Everybody!
I'm taking a break to work on this blog post after I've been working some at the eBay house!
People who are familiar with my posts know that I am a 'Collector of Collections'--or rather, I was. One of those collections was anything having to do with radio or stereo, Hi-Fi, or electronic--as long as it was somewhat vintage!
Here are just a few pieces in the large collection at the eBay house!
That silver face is an old tube receiver--I have a Kenwood & Pioneer, so not sure which one this one is!
There is so many hidden treasures and gems throughout this house, just like within the Wealthy Affiliate community! Let's not forget the training modules and the live webinars either!
As for me and the Blog Dogs--we will stay the course and continue working at our own pace on our way to achieving our goals which is our ultimate success!
WE WISH EVERYONE IN WEALTHY AFFILIATE THE ULTIMATE SUCCESS!

Hi Jeff,
LOVE THIS PARAGRAPH!
...There is so many hidden treasures and gems throughout this house, just like within the Wealthy Affiliate community! Let's not forget the training modules and the live webinars either!...
Easy to forget a lot of things when we have too much to think about.
Thoughts, like material possessions are also things. We have a hard time being productive when too many of them are cluttering up the space.
Blessings,
-ALLAN-
I know, Allan! It's a good thing I have these extra properties so they are not cluttering up where I live! Thanks for the kind sentiments, and enjoy your weekend!
Jeff
Ahem.... when do you write posts for your website young man? Thereโs snails ๐ pace and sloths ๐ฆฅ pace ..... The top speed of a sloth is 0.003 miles per hour; they are so slow that algae can grow on them ๐ค๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ take that as a Royal kick up the bum ๐

Receivers, stereos and radios...those bring back memories.
When I was kid I used to think they were pure magic. It seemed nothing short of miraculous that all I had to do was turn a knob and hear music - any music, any time of the day and most of the night.
I still have a similar feeling about WA. Somehow I was able to tune in to WA's frequency to create an account, build a website and meet so many wonderful people!
Thank you for the trip down memory lane!
Susan,
I certainly love your analogy of WA to the receivers--maybe another blog post?
I loved the big audio beasts too. I really wish I had been around in the Floor model era--although I have several beautiful floor radios though!
I love all the history which surrounds my collections as well!
Have a Great weekend! I trust you're getting decently warm weather for a change! I know we are!
Jeff
The analogy didn't occur to me until I started typing - my first response was going in an entirely different direction!
Goes to show inspiration is everywhere. All we have to do is "tune" into it!
Oh my gosh - the weather! Finally...warmth AND sunshine.
I just might make it after all!
Yes, you will, Susan!
