It's February? Are you sure?
Hi there friends.
It was a spring day here in PA. The sun was shinning brightly. What date did you say it was? February 23rd? You've got to be kidding! I think it must have gotten up to 70 degrees today. In all my years of living I have never seen springtime in February before. But I loved it!
I walked for my mail to feel the sunshine on my hair. I'm ready for spring; but next week is winter again; so I enjoyed springtime while it was here.
I had my sweet great granddaughter, Isabella overnight. We went out in the morning and swung on the porch swing. Then we went for a stroller ride. Well, she rode; I walked and jogged. We saw a big black dog who was afraid of baby and stroller and barked loudly!
Oh yes (for you Michael) we practiced our cheer leading. Isabella's training is coming along quite well. She has learned the upper body moves; her little arms go up and down really fast. She is also starting to stand so it won't be long until we can start working on the lower body moves. She has the excitement down pat already. Lol.
Today is Isabella's 7 month birthday.
Today was a wonderful R & R day. You have to take them when you find them. They are so important to our well being. What could be better than family and a springtime day in February?
We can have springtime in our hearts every day. The weather may be cold and dreary outside; but it doesn't have to be that way inside of you. Enjoy each day as it comes and make the most of it. If today was dreary; tomorrow may be beautiful and sunshiny like my springtime in February day today.

Such a beautiful granddaughter! It's supposed to get up to 77 degrees here in Virginia today. We have been having some awesome weather too!
Thank you. Wow. 77 degrees! I love Virginia. The place we stopped had quaint houses and cobblestone pathways. Your winters are pretty mild usually, aren't they?
Well this one is extremely mild compared to usually. But for the most part a lot better than Massachusetts where I grew up at!

Hi sweet Jewel. I have missed you. March is not always very warm around here. I have pics of a very large snow storm toward the end of March. But I don't remember ever having springtime weather in February before. And I've lived a lot of years. Lol.

No...sadly. It is going back to cold for all weekend.
I had that sweet baby last night while her mother worked. We had so much fun. She is so funny, and I act like a raving lunatic around her.
Tweety was very interactive last night. He sat on her head and her arm and her catalog she was tearing up. Then we enjoyed mimicking him. She flaps her little arms and screams. Lol. I love that baby!
